Location

This aparthotel is located near to the new Central Massy neighbourhood, close to TGV (high-speed train) and suburban train stations, the ultra-modern omnisports centre, shops and the médiathèque. The residence is located in the heart of the Saclay Scientipole scientific and technological valley, near the Palace of Versailles.

    Great hotel for a Paris stopover whilst travelling from the UK to the Alps. Easy transport into Paris - couple of minutes walk to the station and then frequent trains into the city (30 mins). Also close to the A6. Underground parking at an additional cost. Friendly and helpful staff including Ismael and Edith. Jacuzzi wasn’t working on arrival but they had engineers in to fix it. The pool and sauna were perfect for post busy day walking round Paris. We also had a great meal at the Alliya Steakhouse.

    The hotel was acceptable overall; however, there were several issues that I found disappointing. The balcony was not clean enough, and the sofa bed was very old. Additionally, the mattress was dirty, which was particularly unpleasant.Another major concern was the security deposit of 250 euros. Guests are informed that the deposit will be refunded within one to two weeks if everything is in order. I asked the reception staff to inspect the room together with me at check-out so I could be sure that everything was acceptable and that my deposit would be returned without any issues. Unfortunately, they refused to do this. This left me confused and uncomfortable, as I do not understand why a joint inspection was not possible. Without such confirmation, it is unclear how a guest is supposed to defend themselves if later informed that the room was not left in proper condition and that the deposit will therefore be withheld.Finally, communication was very frustrating. Regardless of whether you write to the hotel in English, the responses are always in French. Logically, if a guest writes in English, the reply should also be in English. Moreover, many staff members do not speak English, which makes communication unnecessarily difficult.Overall, these issues significantly affected my experience and are aspects that I believe the hotel should improve.

    I stayed at Appart Hôtel - Residhome Paris Massy from March 28 to March 30, 2025, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. A deposit of €418 (2 x €209) was taken upon check-in and has still not been refunded over a month later.I have contacted the hotel multiple times via email — with no response whatsoever. I also called several times, but the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and shockingly, they could not even find my booking number during the calls.I am very concerned about how they plan to process my refund when they can’t even locate my reservation. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, the poor attitude toward customers, and the overall service have been appalling.I strongly do not recommend this hotel and will be escalating this issue through other channels if my deposit is not returned promptly.

    Property policies not up to date. We booked a night for 122 euros only to have access to swimming pool. Then we got surprised that it’s not allowed for 1y kid to get in. Moreover only one bathrobe and one slipper was provided for a room of 2 adults

    Staff unhelpful, no kettle,it took me two days of asking! Breakfast was not nice and overpriced.The room was far too warm and the air conditioning was really bad! No Jacuzzi and that's why I booked it in the first place! Disappointed! Staff were rude and never helped me with anything a asked! To park your car was 15 euros a day ! This hotel is overpriced and worth nothing!
