  I really liked the facility, with a clean bed and room, and helpful, multi-lingual staff. They were quick to provide the inevitably necessary toilet paper and towels and helpful in finding amenities in the area.Having said this, I'll add that YOU WILL NOT experience what you came to Paris to see in this neighborhood. It is a low-income mostly Islamic immigrant community, and women are noticeably absent from the cafes and restaurants, but over-represented in the grocery stores. Speaking of the grocery stores nearby they are crowded, sweaty, and poorly-stocked by western standards. There is none of the typical Parisian Cafe scene nearby.A metro pass is not useful here, as the nearest metro stop is about a 1 5 minute walk away, and it's a good 30-minute trip to the sights of Paris. For my money, this hotel is over-priced, but most of Paris is these days.

  Rooms to hot, Faulty door opening

  We stayed in April for 3 nights. We got a room facing the railway tracks. Through the past reviews of people had read to avoid the rooms with the tracks but we could not chnage it and it wasn't bad enough. The kids enjoyed watching the trains pass by, the only loud noises were from the sirens od ambulances or police. Room was not very big. Open small kitchen in the lounge, sofa cum bed, and a bed in the room. Bathroom/toilet was of a good size. They provided complimentary coffee sachets and some small biscuits. Even in the kitchen a scrubber, dish washer tabs and liquid was provided. Water was provided on the first day only..The hotel is nicely located close to the Rer train station , supermarket Auchan, Lidl are close by, lot of restaurants nearby also a pharmacy and a petrol station. It has a bakery just at the back but we didn't visit and had opted for breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. But good to have a hot breakfast. Parking is provided in the basement for € 14.00 per night. There is a door at the side of the hotel which you have to ring and they will open it.Overall the stay was good except for the Ac in the room. It was very very hot and un bearable to sleep. We wnet down on the first night itself to tell the Ac was not working. They said the technician will come next day. We could not even keep the window open as there was lot of noise . We were very tired after a long journey and the ac made it worse. My son even vomited that night. As it was really hot and not comfortable though the Ac setting was made to cool.The next morning the Ac technician came n checked but no solution was provided. We asked for a change of room also but it was not met. We requested for a standing fan also which they said they cannot provide.Nights were really terrible to fall asleep.The reception guy gave a funny explanation that of it is cold outside the hotel rooms r warm and vice versa. I didn't know what to say . He said we were the only ones complaining. It does not mean if someone else feels cold we should too. It was really rude and not acceptable.Also would like to highlight one more thing which the safety department of hotel not sure how it was overlooked or not complained before.While waiting for the lift downstairs. There is a door opposite which opens directly outwards towards the lift. ( which comes down from stairs) while waiting on the 15th of April for the lift in the morning someone opened the door so hardly and while we were waiting for the lift my son got hurt on his head. The hotel can check the camera footage to check if they wish. This is something really the hotel should look into and use corrective measures by either having a glass panel so the person can see out before opening or the door should open from inside.

  Staff very helpful and friendly. Studio apt had 2 pan hob, kettle & dishwasher. Room very clean & comfortable. Train station literally 5 mins away so hotel location very good. 2 supermarkets (Aldi & Lidl) about 10 min walk away very convenient.

  Don't stay here. The neighborhood is dangerous and without any nice cafes or restaurants nearby.

  Worst area of Paris I've ever been to. Across from railroad and next to a gas station. No nice restaurants or cafes within blocks. Metro is a long walk away through a dangerous neighborhood. I forfeited my entire week's booking fee and got another hotel
