  Resihome Hotel is located in St Ouen in an essentially industrial area with factories, offices and residences. The metro station is about 1 km away. In the area there is some mini market for service. The hotel has a small lobby and 2 elevators that take you from the 7th to the 10th floor. The rooms are well, comfortable, with kitchen and napkins for customer service. It has a safe box and wardrobe. The shower is comfortable. Toiletries have no more than wet soap which is the same in the washer and in the shower. The front rooms have a balcony with table and chairs. This way well. What is not good at all is the breakfast which is lacking in variety and service. Besides a good variety of tea had poor food choices. The wifi was still powerful.   A different side of Paris

  We needed a place for 3 nights over the Rugby World Cup semi-finals. This apart-hotel was perfect- a short taxi-ride to Stadium in St Dennis. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, newish, and reasonably well equipped. You won't cook a dinner for 8, but a small hob, a kettle, a fridge and a microwave will deal with plenty of things that you can buy from a nearby supermarket. There are also bars, restaurants, boulangeries etc. within easy walking distance. It's located in a part of Paris undergoing renewal in expectation of the Olympic games in 2024 and thus well away from the tourist traps, bag-snatchers and pickpockets which have made this once-proud city a place to avoid, for the most part. It's also close enough to Metro and bus routes, so if you really do want to visit the traditional attractions, you can do so and return to a lodging which is clean, comfortable and well-priced. There is a strong Middle Eastern/North African influence in the area and Da Djerba, a block away, is an excellent Tunisian restaurant. I don't know if there is off-street parking but if you arrive by car and park on the street, leave nothing of value visible. Patches of splintered side-window glass told their own story.

  I was dumped as I was travelling to Paris

  Please don’t book here. I booked 3 weeks in advance, on the day of travel my payment didn’t go through so the hotel cancelled me. I was left at the airport at 10pm with two small children and no hotel. I rang the hotel who did not careless even though I would have sorted payment quite easily upon arrival. We did not deserve this. Find another hotel.

  I know it's hard to say but just pay more money for a better hotel, not good for family and would suggest to get something nicer and closer to in the city. This had great bus and train links but you are located right across from a waste disposal centre and I got bitten many time over the 2 night we stayed.
