    Lovely Trip to Paris

    rating01 Jun 2026

Room is a little outdated but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, staff was helpful. Only complaint is the AC units, we stayed during the heatwave and had a really hard time cooling the room down despite having the AC set to 18C all day. We even closed the blinds during the day so we had no natural light and the room still did not cool enough for us to sleep well.

Great quiet place to stay off the beaten track

    rating03 Mar 2026

Definitely a great place to stay in Paris. Close to the Metro and several public bus lines, the Residhotel Impérial is nestled in the backstreets about a kilometre north of the Arc de Triomphe. There are several nice little bistros within walking distance as well as a big grocery store (Monoprix on Rue de Courcelles).Room 103 on the second floor had an excellent kitchenette, with pretty much everything you need to put a meal together. The bed was really comfortable and the large terrace featured a cute little table with a couple of chairs. The staff were really friendly, especially Pierre and André, and only too happy to quickly resolve any issue we had. We’ll stay here again when we go back to Paris!

    Attentive hospitality by Swann

    rating28 Dec 2025

Whoever hired Swann the host made the right decision! He is practically a One Man Show attending to your needs during your stay. This place is comfortable, though it is older with radiator heating. Having a kitchen means you don’t have to dine out as much as you would in a hotel. The local markets are filled with high quality fresh ingredients, so picnicking here is no hardship. One thing that the Europeans get right is towel warmers. Those things can heat a whole bathroom and are luxurious in providing toasty warm towels : ) The perks of staying here are friendly staff (bilingual), cleanliness (housekeeping daily), breakfast (delivered) and location: close to the train (RER) and the Metro Line entrances. It’s nice to be in a neighbourhood away from the busy tourist centres, as you get a feel for how locals enjoy the city too.

    Don't tell everyone

    rating09 Aug 2025

Stay here for; the location, the welcome, the security and the large spacious room and terrace.Profit from; the handy local amenities, everything you could need in a short walk away.Don’t mind; the slightly dated decor and lack of ambient lighting.Bright your own; sachets of condiments, salt, sugar etc of personal preference if you plan to eat in a lot. Make sure; to walk everywhere as much as you can. Metro stations are handy, but Paris is best enjoyed above ground.Above all, do not; tell everyone. Keep this Paris gem between us.I am delighted with my stay at the ResidHotel Paris Impérial Rennequin. I was travelling solo to visit exhibitions and I walked absolutely everywhere. The location is perfect. The 17th is a lovely area, very attractive, quiet and safe with just enough amenities; supermarkets, boulangeries, bistros, asian eateries, pharmacies, boutiques, and metro stations should you require them. When I left Paris, it took 45 minutes door-to-door to reach Montparnasse train station by foot and metro. Otherwise, during my week I walked as far as the Fondation Louis Vuitton in the west and the Arab World Institute in the South-East. It was perfect. The two gentlemen whom I interacted with at reception were lovely and extremely welcoming and professional. The building and public area is very attractive, there is a lift as well as a stairs option. Everywhere was clean and pleasant.I was extremely satisfied with my accommodation. The kitchenette certainly had everything I needed and I appreciated the large security box, good shower and big fluffy towels. The room is very spacious. Lots of room to move around, with a large bright picture window, huge bed and generous terrace, all of which I profited from. Service Qualité, Autre at Residhotel Imperial Rennequin, responded to this review Dear APICTUREPOSTCARD, Thank you for staying at our residence, We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and hoe to see you back soon for new adventures in Paris city, Best regards Laetitia
