  We booked here specifically for location for the Marathon and the Spa facilities for recovery and rest leading up to the day.As you know you may be well aware thats probably the biggest thing leading up to it.Got notified,couldnt use the gym or Spa,it wasnt "available" if i knew that i would of cancelled my booking and booked elsewhere.Also our Room was right next to the lifts, didnt get a wink of sleep for 2 nights leading up to the marathon with the lift going up and down,the nice in the room was bad,couldnt move hotwl was booked up. Room aircon wouldnt work, was roasting,bathroom door kept locking from the outside requiring maintenance to come up and fix it. I would Avoid this place as they didnt even ask on checkout how the stay was just took the room cards,when i went to speak she answered the phone and ignored me.   Excellent hotel. The staff is excellent.

  I really liked the hotel. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. Yulia, the receptionist, explained everything politely. The service in the restaurant was also up to par. The room was cleaned promptly and neatly. I'd like to commend Yulia and Cheikha for their hard work. I also appreciate the male concierges, although I don't know their names, unfortunately. I also didn't ask the male worker who helped me carry my bags down to reception. I should have called from my room, but I didn't. This man was simply passing by and helped. The rooms are warm, and the water pressure is good. There's a coffee machine in the rooms, and tea, sugar, and water were replenished daily. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and varied, enough for us and the kids. The staff is friendly and polite. I'd also like to mention the hotel's location. Shops, a supermarket, pharmacies, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Champs-Élysées are all within walking distance. I recommend this hotel.   Perfect Paris Stay Near Champs-Elysee

  We stayed at Hotel Rochester Champs Elysee in March and had a lovely experience. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the Champs-Elysees, making it ideal for sightseeing and shopping.The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, offering a great place to relax after a day out in Paris.   I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of Yulia and Jamal, who were very helpful and along with the whole concierge team. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a staff member named Pierre (at the front desk), who was quite rude and who unexpectedly chased me up to the street for an extra payment of literally 12.5€ in the middle of my stay without even verifying that my check out wasn’t planned until three days later. I found it extremely unprofessional and it highly damages the image of the Hotel. Overall, I hope this feedback helps improve future service. whole concierge team.
