  A wonderful experience in Paris

  We knew nothing about the Hotel Le Saint Gregoire before booking there. We chose it because of its location and reviews we read online but mostly it just looked so completely charming. And we were not disappointed. The public rooms were inviting, our room was pretty and most importantly the bed was so comfortable it was difficult to get out of it every morning. The staff were very professional yet warm and friendly. The woman who served us coffee each morning was so sweet, we came to look forward to breakfast every day.   An Unforgettable First Visit to Paris – Simply Magical!

  This was our first visit to Paris (my husband and I), and we are absolutely delighted! We have never experienced such a magnificent vacation before.Upon arrival, we were greeted by Eduardo. He welcomed us so warmly, professionally explained everything, and helped with all our questions. It was a true pleasure talking to him, and thanks to him, we immediately felt the joy of arriving at the hotel!During breakfast, we met the wonderful Lilia. She is exactly the kind of person people describe as "beautiful inside and out." Thanks to her, the atmosphere at breakfast was light and positive, and the food was delicious.The rooms are very comfortable, and the "French vibe" can be felt in every detail. Everything was spotless, the bedding was lovely with a comfortable mattress, and we had a very cute little balcony.On our last day, Tomas handled our check-out, and we truly enjoyed speaking with him! He is a wonderful man with a very warm personality.Lilia and Tomas saw us off, and it was such a warm, soulful, and positive moment. We really felt the hotel's beautiful atmosphere and the amazing people who work there. It felt like we weren't just staying at a hotel, but visiting good friends.We travel extensively through Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and other countries, but only here in Paris have we met such magical, wonderful people.Merci du fond du cœur pour cet accueil chaleureux.   Wonderful hotel in a great location

  This hotel was wonderful. The room, #60, was big and beautiful. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet, the water pressure was great and the bedding was so comfortable. The decor of the room and the entire hotel was charming. We had two windows that opened up to the street and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were amazing, Thomis, Beatrice and Edward. They always helped with directions and recommendations. We arrived early and were able to get into our room around 12 rather than wait until 3. Thomis greeted us on arrival and made us coffee served on a tray in lovely China cups. Coffee was available at all times in the charming lobby. The hotel is in a great, safe location. It was surrounded by cafes, and specialty shops with pastries, sandwiches and chocolate. You also have your larger stores like Sephora and Pierre Hermes on the next street in between the specialty shops. We were able to walk to many places like Luxembourg Gardens, Bon Marche, the restaurants on Boulevard du Montparnasse like Leon, Les Relais de l’Entrecote, La Coupole, and the crepe area where we went to Crepery Plougastel. All were about a 15 minute walk. We also walked to Boulevard Saint-Germain where we went to Cafe de Flore , cafe du Maggot and Essential Parfums. This walk was about 25 minutes. We ubered a lot just to save time but most rides to the major attractions took about 10 minutes.   The awful smell of a cheap perfume is overwhelming! Everything is extremely dated. Interiors are from a past century. How this kind of places can even still be open and operate? We’re simply sorry you may not have had the chance to look at our website before your reservation, as it would have allowed you to select an establishment more in line with your liking.Regarding the scent you mentioned, we would like to clarify that the fragrance used throughout the hotel is a very subtle and refined one, carefully selected and also found in several well-known luxury establishments. However, we completely understand that personal sensitivity to scent can vary greatly and do not suit your preferences.As for the interior design of the hotel, it is true that we have chosen to preserve the charm of an older Parisian residence, with a countryside feel in the heart of the city. This is very intentional, and it’s something that many of our guests appreciate and find unique.
