  Disgusting and bad service

  The room was disgusting. We had to let them change the bedsheets after we arrived as they were covered in yellow stains. The bathroom was full of mold and dirt and even the walls and floors were stained and dirty. At night we could hardly sleep as it was so loud. Not only could we hear the noise from the streets but also every word the neighbor next to us said. Finally, after checkout we were unable to store our luggage at the hotel since our flight departed at night. When we explained our situation to the receptionist - who couldn’t even speak proper englisch - he only said that he didn’t care and that this is a hotel and not a luggage storage place. Consequently, we had to stroll through the city carrying our entire luggage around and finally stored it at a different hotel. Totally not worth the money!

  The street on which the hotel is located is pretty quiet, so traffic is not a problem. The hotel is near a metro station, many restaurants, and a grocery store. The room that I had was pretty awful. It was at the back of the hotel with no view. The walls were white, and the tiny room had no character. If I were on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Paris, I would have been very disappointed. There was a small sitting area in the courtyard. For two nights, I could not sleep because some guests were loudly talking there until 3 a.m. The housekeeping was ok some days, but one day there was no housekeeping. They never restocked coffee in the room, nor did they change the sheets, even though I stayed for several days. It is always a bad sign when the hotel is non-refundable, just saying. If you can afford it, stay elsewhere.

  Nice Hotel Near the Eiffel Tower

  I had a very nice 1 night stay at his hotel. It is basic but comfortable. When I arrived, though, the receptionist was sleeping under a duvet at the desk. It is up steep stairs so you need to be physically able. Nice and close to a metro station which is good.

  I had a really unpleasant experience dealing with this hotel when I had to cancel my stay and requested a refund. They happily took my money and wouldn’t issue a refund, and wouldn’t reply to the messages either. Horrible costumer service. Thieves. Avoid.

  Someone had been in our room at night

  Never again! My daughter and I booked a week here and I agree that the proximity to the Eiffel Tower is good. We had 2 single beds with no space to walk around them. Extremely small room and the shower was tiny. No A/C and fridge didn't work. We left with 2 nights left in our stay due to a scary incident. We left our room at 6pm and returned at midnight. We noticed the bottom of our suitcase was wet as it was sitting on the floor. Then the power went off in our room. We used our phone flashlight and found the bathroom floor also wet, urine inside the toilet and dirty shoe prints in our shower. We were extremely nervous as someone has been in our room. We packed our belongings in the semi dark and went to the desk. The guy was very nice and apologetic and didn't understand how this had happened. He was the only worker on the property and offered us a different room which we declined. This was very frightening for 2 women, late at night and we found another hotel for our last 2 nights.
