  Hi please do not even bother go this hotel i know its cheap but every thing about it is bad i got there at evening with my two daughter and wife and no one in reception plus door was close i didn't no what to do i had to wait until someone coming and ask how they enter it took long Time for French lady to speak with hotel oner and when we got there it was no air conditioning and day after we went out until late night it happened again the key didn't let us go to room so it was nightmare it took two hours again and i ask to change bed covers and towels they said only once a week they do please dont book this rubbish hotel!!!!

  They stole 208€ from me!

  Could not even get into hotel - PIN did not work, no one answers phone. Had to get another hotel. They then took 208€ from my account and refuse to answer my letters. Do not book here - they are conmen. I am waiting till the end of the week for a reply then I am taking them to court.

  Worst ever

  First night of our holiday was ruined. No staff at reception,couldn't access parking,no where close to park resulting in 6 very tired kids. Cigarette burn in couch, dirty vents and when phoning the number for out of hours they were useless. Eventually got into rooms at 2.30 am !!!

  Very Average Place Far from City Center

  Firstly this place is far from the city center around 45-50 minutes by metro. The only advantage is that you have a Metro station close by (around 4-5 minutes walking distance).Its an Apartment and not a Hotel and we made a mistake by booking this place as it is quiet far from city. Though the room is quiet decent size it has a sofa in the other room and a small kitchen would certainly not advice such a place unless you have a big family and want to do some cooking.As a Tourist i dont think you need an apartment all one requires is a good/decent hotel (where you can just come back and crash for the night) which is clean and comfortable and has a good buffet breakfast (basic amenities) and most importantly closer to the city center/main attractions.Here comes the worst part, We had gone in summer and there was no air conditioning in the room and we had a terrible time as we were not able to sleep as the rooms were hot. We checked at the reception for the A/C and i was shocked to know that they didnt have A/C (either they dont have it or it was not working). Imagine you come back after a long day just to sleep and there is no air conditioning and to add to our woes the staff at the reception were not very friendly/helpful. If you ask them anything they dont know or are not sure (felt like tourists to me), seemed least interested.Couple more concerns 11) they clean the rooms only once a week and 2) reception is not 24/7 so be careful when you check-in or out, they give you front door pass code and a number to call in case you need anything or you're stuck.Would certainly not recommend this place.

  Place to sleep only

  From city centre is about 50 minut by metro. We had only 2 blankets for 4 person (2 adults, 2 kids).There is no too clean in room. In our room was "little" kitchen, but without spoons, forks, etc.Fortunately we onle here slept.But I must be honest, the stuff is very helpful and try to help.The place has for my opinion good relation the price to quality.
