  Fine for cheap value stay.

  We stayed here during a transit to airport. The location is sort of on the bad side of the périphérique (there is another Affaires-Séjours in the 20ème). The staff was mixed, some approachable, some not. They close down the reception in early evening with shutters that makes it looks like prison, so if you want cozy atmosphere perhaps not good choice. Also lots of dusts on shelfs in studio room.

  Very convenient for visit to Paris

  Stayed at this hotel when I visited Paris for a short time with my family back in September 2024. And it was very convenient for me as the room was relatively clean & well maintained with cupboards, chairs & tables, a television, toilet & shower and even a little kitchen inside the room given that it has flat/apartment features (useful if you want to cook/prepare your own food or if you're staying there longer). As my room was in the upper floors, there were also some nice views of the surrounding area and a little balcony outside. Staff was also relatively polite, friendly & helpful, even though it was a bit challenging to communicate with staff members outside the reception area due to my basic/limited French knowledge (although I was rather flattered when the main reception staff member praised my "somewhat basic" French phrases) and the breakfast being served in the morning was quite tasty & well prepared. And the hotel was also in a very convenient & useful location, with some restaurants below a part of the hotel building complex, a big shopping centre and smaller shops surrounding it, and it was easily accessible by public transport to travel around the city and outlying areas, being adjacent to the Metro (Gallieni station), a bus station and even taxi stand.My only issues with the hotel were the lack of air conditioning inside the room (there were just some portable fans) which made it quite warm & uncomfortable during the night, bed comfort while okay could be a bit better as sleep was a bit challenging, and the water temperature in the shower was rather inconsistent - sometimes the temperature was just right while a few times the water became suddenly quite hot. I would also advise people to be careful if looking around the surrounding area during the night as there might be a few weird characters around (although I was lucky not to encounter any), especially near the shops & Metro. But apart from that, the hotel was relatively good and better than I was expecting.

  Saving money is not always the best option.

  Ill give 6 reasons to NOT stay here. 1. The hotel is 30 min away from Opera 1 hour away from Eiffel Tower.2. The area around the hotel is not safe there was scammers in the train Station and extremely dirty around it. Such as bags with meat and feces everywhere.3. The elevator didn’t work 3 days of 7 (we were on the 8 floor of 16. 4. The staff is either super nice or super rude. The last receptionist was incredibly rude. Speaking to us like we didn’t understood english and threatened us with calling the police if we wanted to see the rules of the contract because we wanted to know about an extra charge in the end. 5. The common areas inside the hotel smell either like weed, vinegar or super strong food. 6. Check in was supposed to be at 3 we needed to wait until 4:45 “there was too much people”.7. The price is good, the location is not that far if you are willing to save money instead of time but we felt scammed in the end and unsafe on many occasions around the hotel.

  GREAT ACCOMMODATION

  Stayed there for 5 nights with my family (2 rooms) from 09th to 15th April and stay was fantastic.very descent accommodation and the location is absolutely convenient as just few steps away from Gallini Metro Station and a huge Auchan Super Market.Co-operation of the staffs must be appreciated and they helped us out on various matters right through out our stay especially to keep our luggage while we were out in Rome and Pisa for 5 days. Cleanliness is an exceptional of this hotel though no turndown service is available for the stays lesser then a week. The price is also very reasonable as far al the location is concerned.

  Cancelled on us while we were on our way to Paris.

  Me and my partner had booked for 7 nights. We were at the station about to board the Eurostar for Paris and we were notified that our booking had been cancelled. I was notified to update my card details so I did, and I got an email confirming that the update was successful. Despite this, when I rang the hotel, they said I had not updated in time and they had to cancel my details. I asked them to try my card again, it will work, and we can rebook the same room (despite that when we booked it was pay at property so they shouldn’t have been trying to take my money yet anyway). The lady on the phone ended up hanging up on me with us having nowhere else to stay. When we checked booking.com afterwards, our room for the same dates and length of time was up for double the price (we payed £600 and they were charging £1300), indicating that they cancelled on us so that they could make more money. Unprofessional and disrespectful, do not trust them!
