  Don't book!!!

  How the hotel handled our reservation was so incorrect and outrageous. We booked two rooms 6 months before travel to make sure we have a decent place to stay for my mom's 80th birthday. We sorted out the problem that came up with our credit card and was in contact with the hotel all along to make sure our booking was OK . They were so not helpful and eventually cancelled our booking 2 weeks before travel even though we offered multiple times we were willing to pay in advance. We are frequent travellers but have never experienced such an unfriendly attitude in any country before. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We expected more from the french hospitality.

  This F***N hotel cancelled my booking 5 days before my arrival with the excuse that my card wasn't valid, and couldn't make the 288 euros transaction. Called my bank and noone tried to make any transaction although my card had 3000 euros inside and was totally valid and working..... so I had to find a hotel in Paris 5 days before I go.......Everyone know that Paris is extremely expensive especially last minute.....Book another hotel, it's safer

  Located at the edge of the city with decent commute. Room was dirty and small. Air conditioning was little to none. Stayed 4 nights and they never changed the sheets or towels. Would not recommend and will not be returning

  We visited Paris for the first time and completely enchanted us. We stayed in a beautiful accommodation, where about 400m was the metro, so we traveled beautifully by subway and visited the sights that could be reached in 2 days. Accommodation was smaller, but pleasant and clean. we will return to Paris.

  Was very happy with our stay here. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had a room on the 8th floor, clean and tidy, a small kitchenette area and clean bathroom with a hair dryer and towels are also provided. Ask for more if needed at reception. Cons - no air con, but fan provided and the rooms are not cleaned everyday however we stayed for 3 nights and our room was cleaned once. But this shouldn’t be a issue if your staying for a short period of time. Staff are brilliant and they have a good security system in place at night. Staff are lovely and so helpful and there is a Aldi supermarket market on the ground floor which is very convenient. Metro station is a 5 minute walk away we used google maps to figure out where we needed to go and it’s pretty straight forward, tram statin is opposite hotel again very convenient and easy to travel to tourist areas. We didn’t experience any issue with the area the hotel is based in, it’s quiet and people seemed nice. Will definitely stay here again. Brilliant staff at reception!!!!
