The hotel canceled my booking saying my visa credit card is invalid. They did that after three times I updated my card and even after I added another card. The surprise happened when I contacted my Danish bank to ask about the reason and they said they cannot find ANY failed transaction related to my booking in the history of my transactions. That probably means that the hotel has canceled my reservation without even trying to process the transaction.Even worse, when I contacted the hotel, they behave very rudely saying it is my fault not their problem. As you can expect, they also suggested booking again which was now ~60% more expensive :(((

Get ready for unpleasant surprises

First, Check the photos of my review.Second, My check out was on a Saturday and the staff works only until 12.30 PM on Saturdays, so I went on Friday asking them to have a late check out, they told me to pay 65 euros for extra whole night if I want late check out, and on Saturday morning another staff member charged me only 20 Euros for 4.00 PM check out.It's so clear that the first staff was dishonest and he knew that I had a family and nothing to do, except paying watever he would say.BTW, No luggage storage room, the staff may keep your luggage till 7 PM on weekdays but for weekends no options.Third, TBH, Rooms were good and very well designed, and the hotel is few steps from 2 bus stations (Vector Hugo- Bretagne and Jukes Vanzuppe).Also Carrefour and some local super markets and restaurants are so close.Finally,This is a low budget hotel, and too far from city center and close to a small garden full of 🐀.Check your priorities well and get ready for unpleasant surprises.

This room definitely did not have any frills. However it was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. There is not a hair dryer or iron in the room so bring your own. No A/C, so be prepared to sleep with windows open. This is pretty far from the sightseeing areas of Paris. Be prepared for the metro ride plus bus to get to the hotel. Pay for the bus when you get on because they will fine you BIG!

The hotel cancelled my reservation saying my credit card had not money enough to make a pre reservation of the first night. I confirmed with the bank and I had money enough for the total of the stay!!!I gave a new credit card and sent an email to them directly and they did not answer.Also, Mr. Joseph was VERY RUDE saying he really does not care about my reservation!!!

Recently stayed there for 8 days. Nice and clean small comfortable apartments. Includes a small fridge, top stove, microwave and dishes with pots and pans. Has a flat screen tv. Shower but no bath tub. The price is very good for the value. It is not the best location if you intend to visit Paris. Although it’s only 30-40 minutes to downtown Paris by a combinaison of bus and subway. The bus stop #325 is only 5 minutes walk which takes you to the subway Mitterand for 2 Euros. Be aware that room cleaning is an additional fee so don’t expect your bed to be made everyday.
