  the rooms are clean, the location is very quiet. However, the smell of cooking coming from the rooms fills the corridor. If your room is far from the elevator you really have to go through different smells, sometimes a bit strong. The place is originally a residence so you do not get housekeeping every day, only once if you stay more than 8 days, otherwise you have to pay extra. This is not clearly indicated However, the price is very good so I guess this is what you get for that price.

  Check-in was about 1.5 hours. Though we communicated and got a confirmation email, that we would arrive a day earlier, our room was not ready. As we had made two other reservations for the family , those two reservations were missing. Receptionist had not authorities at all and kept ringing somebody to clarify. Got the two rooms ready, however our reservations for a two bed-room apartment was not possible and she wanted us to stay somewhere else. Understood that she had apparently trouble doing so, as Paris was really booked out. Also we wanted to stay together as a family with our elderly mother. Decided then to re-arrange and share smaller rooms. Hotel is not recommendable in summer heat as no air-conditioning, and rooms facing the front have loud traffic noise from 2am to 5am. Our 2bed room was ready the second day, but facing the street the noise really disturbed our night rest and given the heat you cant sleep with closed windows. Room seemed clean on first glance, but not sure what really sticks in the corners, to the sofa or under the sofa. Not sure how you should maintain an apartment if there is not even a tea towel and no offer for room cleaning. Sofa is also quite old and squeaky, water flow in the shower poor, bed slats broken. Despite all the discomfort, we were charged the full rate for the first night, what we still have to sort out, as mentioned earlier, no authority with the receptionist. Cut our stay short as it was too uncomfortable.I expected a basic accomodation, making the booking, however not a run down place. Also, the hotel is half student accomodation or kind of a mix with this.

  Nice room in a quiet location

  The hotel is in a nice quiet location, probably half an hours walk from Nanterre Ville station and there is a bus service from outside as well direct into Paris. In terms of facilities at the hotel, there didn't appear to be a great deal, but I was only staying there 3 nights. There are a good selection of bars and restaurants along Rue Gambetta which is a short walk away.Facilities were good in the room with a kitchen and small balcony with views over Paris.Overall a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable.

  Good deal for a long term stay.

  Be aware, that after 8 PM there is nobody at the reception and if you are arriving after that time, you'll need to figure out how to get your room key from the mailbox in the entrance. There was already a person in the room which I was supposed to stay in on the 3rd floor. After discussion with the stuff I was put in another room on the 1st floor. It didn't have a balcony as my original room but I got 4 free breakfasts as a compensation.I stayed in Sejours for 2 weeks and the room was cleaned only once. No garbage bags were given, so I had to purchase my own. Kitchen worked fine, good store in the same building as the hotel.Only French channels on TV.

  I recommend the place as it is very convenient to go to central of Paris. Quite, good for friends and family.Parking available even though I won't recommend a car to hang around as the trafic is terrible.
