  Excellent residence close to the Bois de Vincennes. RER A 9 minutes and bus nearby. Supermarket and many restaurants. Affordable parking. Aquatic center right across the street.   Linen is not changed when it is necessary so it had to be constantly claimed. Subsequently, I was offered a longer stay, accommodation for 7 months with a deposit of 300 euros. Which I accepted since the Award was interesting, that is to say at 35 euros per night. Four months after my Check-out, I never got my deposit back. I never got my bills back either. However, I always paid my rents a few days in advance and the accommodation was made nickel. Today, the 02/10/2024 at 18:45, the operator of the reception tells me that I only have to see with the management service and allowed myself to hang up on me. I didn't insult her and so I never disrespected her and yet she allowed herself to hang up on me. Namely, I made several claims by email and still nothing.   Good, quiet hotel at a low price

  Three peaceful nights a stone's throw from the metro and the Bois de Vincennes. Spacious, clean, friendly staff and low price!It's a shame that we can't take possession of the room before 3 p.m. But the receptionist did her best and I didn't have to wait that long.   Out of Vincennes but a nice area

  Stayed here for 4 nights on business in late April. Booked through Booking.com as my usual hotels in central Vincennes were full. The property is a little distance outside Vincennes - walking quickly took 25 mins from the RER A and about 12 minutes from the RER at Fontenay Sous Bois. That said, the local area is nice - a few shops, a Carrefour Express and more importantly bus stops. 15 mins from Val de Fontenay RER A, 10 mins from Vincennes RER. The room was ok, small kitchen area with a fridge, sink, microwave and electric hob. The bathroom was ok, but no plug in the sink - towels were a little thin too. There is no room service - unless you pay extra. There’s no air con so I had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the trains was a problem up until midnight and again from the small hours. Get a room at the back of the building if possible. Breakfast is available from 0730 but I always left before. Reception closes at 1800 so you need to check in before that. I’d stay again if my usual places weren’t available.

  We didn't get a chance to stay here. We booked this apartment through booking.com and they rejected both our payment cards which were our debit cards not credit cards. I have asked twice why they were declined and they refused to help out then proceeded to cancelling the accommodation. We booked without any issues another apartment ins St Marde for the same price with the discount and much nicer. Let down by the customer service.
