Location

The establishment is some 43 km from Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 70 apartments and 30 studios. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     The receptionists were nice and supportive. The major advantage is the location, with very close proximity to the major commercial centers (Val D'Europe) and its metro station, and the affordable walk of 20-30 minutes to the Disney Parks. It is easy to catch shuttles by coincidence in the street as well. The kitchenette was very good. The drawback was the unit's limited space, which was small for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

    Location is good. Atmosphere ok. Room awful, we were a family of 5 staying for 4 nights and we must have been in the worst room. The kitchen was behind a strange kiosk. The main sitting area was so misshaped it didn’t feel a comfortable family space. We did ask if we could move rooms even if we paid extra and were told all rooms the same. We saw others while passing which were being serviced and there were definitely better available. We didn’t have enough bedding for 5 people. The covering on the sofa was vinyl not comfortable or inviting.Kept sliding off.Cleanliness….. Awful… The net curtains had a stain running down them on the floor below also the stain of whatever was spilt. No attempt to clean. Walls dirty and marked. Surfaces not wiped down. Floors dirty. Dust balls under sink in bathroom. Not enough towels or toilet roll left for family of 5. We had to buy antibacterial wipes to clean.Night time noise… Along with the noise of our own sofa bed we were kept awake with the noise of everyone else’s.Not somewhere you would want to go home to after long day. Rooms run down. Hallways also run down and grubby.I would not recommend. Especially for families. This was the worst place we have ever stayed

    The location is a big plus for us. Short walk down the street from the train station and the shopping centre. The staff are lovely and a good price. However, if you are wanting sleep it’s not the best. It’s right next to a school and a road, so it’s very very noisy. I mean you can hear everything outside, we thought the window was open but it wasn’t. The walls are paper thin with very noisy people moving chairs around all night upstairs. The rooms are okay with just some small improvements needed cosmetically. Overall, it’s good location and price wise. Just not great for sleep. The late check out is great and the

    Place is absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Smelly. Do not waste ur money here. Noise from other rooms is ridiculous, can hear every single movement made from other guests. Moved rooms after first night. Second room was just as filthy as the first. The beds I will say were clean, linen was fine. Bathroom was gross. The entire place needs ripped out. I have slept in better hostels I kid not. No staff to complain to. Phone number and emails ignored. Listen its location may seem good but it is not worth a single euro. I only booked here as I was booking another similar style apartment residhotel, and I got the two mixed up. My fault but fk me paid the price for my stupidity.

    Booked as a package with EasyJet. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had allegedly been upgraded to an apartment that sleeps 4. The apartments are very basic, dirty in places and very rundown. The positives are the bed was comfy, the apartments were lovely and warm with lots of plug points. Apartments are very noisy and as tiled floors you could constantly hear other guests scraping chairs along the floor. No deposit safe which was off putting. Breakfast was included as part of our package, this was very basic and we did use it. However if it was not included we would not have paid extra for it.
