    Very nice apartment, clean and safe.

    Nice and clean good sized apartment. Close to Saint Mandé metro station. Cafés, restaurants, shops all nearby. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Hot water when needed, tv in both rooms.Comfortable apartment for family of 4, no complaints :)

    You get what you pay for. On arrival the check in is very slow.The room is ideal for a short stay. Great bed and cooking facilities. The shower is good too. One small issue, make sure you bring your own shower gel. Not enough to wash a cat.Id stay here again

    Two nights with no hot water to shower

    The room was not clean when we received it. No hot water ... We could not take a shower for two days in a row. We informed the hotel staff that we have a problem, they were very nice and said they will fix it. When we came back the next night, same problem ... no hot water. Called their service number and got the grerat answer : " Sorry, I cannot help you" Do yourself a favour, don't make the same mistake I made, don't go there !!!!

    Stayed in standard room,no air-conditioning so had to sleep with windows wide open.The hob in the kitchen does not work but the microwave did.No toilet roll access at the weekend when reception is not manned.Outside front area where you can sit outside needs tyding up and sweeping.Lots of flies buzzing around. Room overlooked the bins in a courtyard and at night we saw four very large rats around the bin/garden area. Gentleman on reception very hospitable and helpful.

    Handy but lacking service

    Good location near st mande underground wirh plenty of places to eat and drink and a supermarket nearby. Reception needs to be open longer and borrowing the hair dryer is ridiculous - not open till 9am and it has to be back to reception when you have used it! Buy a few extras!!! No cutlery in the room and 1 stick of coffee for 3 days. No toilette paper and 1 tiny piece of soap. Lift a bit dodgy.
