    Horrendous Service.

    My family booked here for my daughters 17th birthday, a three day break in Paris.Unfortunately my wife was diagnosed withy breast cancer on April 1st. As soon as we found out the treatment plan and Chemotherapy and Mastectomy dates we tried to cancel with the hotel.They have told us, quite matter of factly and callously, that we cant have our money back unless someone "maybe" books the room. How we are supposed to know if it gets booked is totally up to them to tell us. The lack of empathy and understanding has been horrendous.Quite shocking behaviour at a terrible time in my families life.

    We had a wonderful stay for a family of 11 persons. We took 4 suites and everyone had a small kitchen for snacks/drinks for the children. The suites were very clean and the heat worked well as the weather was cold 2-8 degrees. Candice at the front desk was very helpful. Someone is always at the front desk so when we arrived late morning, there was a place for our luggage before the rooms were all ready. The metro was a 2-3 minute walk and very easy to use. The area was full of small, good local restaurants, even a Michelin star just 8 minute walk nearby. Great Bakery/Boulangerie just around the corner so we had fresh croissants and pastries every morning. This hotel contributed to our fabulous trip to Paris.

    Due to travel emergencies, as we were at the Eurostar, we couldn't make the trip, so we reached out to Serotel Suites to reschedule for the next weekend and were told they would try if possible and responses stopped, and if not, would refund some of the payment paid up front for the full stay. Breakfast for 6 people, city tax 6 people, etc, all charged for people that didn't show ???     Loved the stay

    Very nice hotel with pleasant staff and clean rooms. Family of 3 stayed for 4 days in a Luxury suite. Multiple restaurants in the area, and also bakeries and grocery stores if you want to make your own meals. No noise at night and short way to metro. Recommend it!     An excellent hotel with a comfortable well equipped suite. Nice touch was the included breakfast served in our room. Metro and bus nearby too. A toaster would have been the icing on the cake.
