    Yuck

    rating19 Apr 2026

For the life of me, I cannot understand the positive reviews of this place. Booked a "deluxe" room, and it was the most beat up, downtrodden room in which I have ever stayed. Food at the bar was mediocre, poor server was so busy she could barely breathe and certainly could not provide anywhere near good service. One bottle of water in a room for two. Weird, repetitive loud noise coming from the hallway somewhere - on and on. No safe for valuables. Iron cord was connected to the board such that it gave one about 4 inches of cord to work with - my husband gave up and decided to wear the same shirt he'd worn all day the day before for the next day's flight. Can't believe folks say the rooms are soundproof - we could hear the person next door sneezing and snoring. Need I go on? There is only one reason to stay here - proximity to CDG terminals. But that is not enough for me. Never again. Marriott/Bonvoy should be ashamed of this property. Bérengère Poletti, Guest Services / Front Office at Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel, responded to this review Der Penny W,We regret to read that your recent stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the condition of your room and overall comfort. Regarding the noise mentioned, we would like to clarify that our rooms are designed and built with soundproofing standards intended to minimise external disturbances. We are, however, attentive to your feedback and will carry out additional checks in the area concerned. We are also sorry that certain in-room amenities and arrangements did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments regarding water provision, ironing facilities, and room setup have been shared with our housekeeping and technical teams for immediate attention.Concerning your experience at the bar, this will be reviewed with our Food & Beverage team to improve guest experience during peak periods. We regret that the overall experience did not reflect the standards we aim to deliver.Best regards,Malgorzata

Stay here for the convenience and the interconnectedness to CDG Terminal 2 and RER/TGV Trains

    rating17 Apr 2026

We've stayed here multiple times and love it here primarily for the convenience. It's a great option for long layovers or connections or before hopping on a train else in France. Conveniently located in terminal 2C, you are within a 5 minute walk of the train station where we easily caught both the RER B line into Paris as well as a high-speed TGV line to the South of France (avoiding the need of lugging your bags into the city to one of the larger Gares). You can also walk for under 10 minutes and reach Air France terminal 2 check-in counters. The hotel itself is fine, nothing super special. Rooms are fairly clean but the rugs are starting to shower their age and are getting dirty. Bathrooms are large and clean. Restaurant in the lobby offers French and international cuisine - it's just okay. Highlight for me is ramp and runway views.

Flight cancelled (force majeure). No refund—only rebooking despite no travel visibility. Disappointing from Sheraton.

    rating18 Mar 2026

I am extremely disappointed with how Sheraton handled what is clearly a force majeure situation.Due to the current geopolitical context, my flight from the UAE was cancelled, leaving me unable to travel with absolutely no visibility on when I will be able to do so. As a mother traveling with two young children, this situation is entirely beyond my control. The hotel did offer to postpone my stay until the end of the year. However, this does not resolve the issue—being asked to commit to new dates while the situation remains highly uncertain is simply not realistic. What is most concerning is that, even in a genuine force majeure case, no refund was considered. While I understand standard policies, I expected a global brand like Sheraton to show more flexibility and fairness in exceptional circumstances.Travelers should be aware that, in my experience, force majeure situations are not taken into account by this hotel.I still hope Sheraton will reconsider its position and provide a more appropriate resolution. Bérengère Poletti, Guest Services / Front Office at Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel, responded to this review Dear Eva N,Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.We sincerely regret the circumstances you are currently facing and fully understand how distressing and uncertain this situation must be, particularly when travelling with young children. Please be assured that we take your feedback very seriously.I have carefully noted the points you have raised regarding your reservation and the challenges caused by the current geopolitical context. Kindly allow me some time to review your case in detail with the relevant departments.I will revert to you by return of email as soon as possible with an update and a considered response. In the meantime, we remain at your complete disposal should you require any further assistance.Best regards,

Excellent Food & Service; Wine Selection Needs a Premium Upgrade

    rating12 Mar 2026

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The staff was incredible, specifically Manisha Bhatia (front desk supervisor) for her help upon arrival and Amelie for her assistance today. As a Platinum guest, I truly appreciated the awesome pastry in my room along with the robe and slippers. The Bonvoy Lounge food selection is top-notch. They offer a spread of excellent cheeses (Brie, Camembert, goat cheese), great pâtés, ham, and high-quality salads and sandwiches. However, the wine selection in the lounge does not match the high quality of the food. The red wine (Château de Javernand) is respectable, but the white wine is a very generic, mass-produced IGP Côtes de Gascogne (Orby). For a prestigious French location, the lounge should be offering better terroir-driven wines, especially considering the room service menu features excellent AOP options like Sancerre and Pouilly Fuissé.I hope management upgrades the white wine to match the otherwise excellent lounge experience.

Excellent location, but quality and service no longer match the price

    rating21 Jan 2026

The main strength of this hotel is its location inside the CDG terminal, next to the train station. The lobby is elegant, and the room and bed were comfortable. However, overall quality has clearly declined since previous stays years ago.My company paid over €700 for a standard room (with breakfast) due to snow disruption. While demand pricing is expected, this was excessive and the room quality does not justify this rate. The shower was small, with visible mould in silicone joints and grout, which is unacceptable at this price point for a Sheraton.Breakfast starts at 06:30, later than other airport hotels. With a 07:15 flight, I couldn’t use it. Arriving 15 minutes early, there was no option even for a coffee or croissant, which felt inflexible given the airport setting. Finally, the sauna closed during COVID and has never reopened, removing a valuable feature for long-haul travellers.Overall: excellent location, but service standards and facilities no longer match the pricing or brand expectations. Consider the Marriott, Hyatt or Hilton instead. Bérengère Poletti, Guest Services / Front Office at Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel, responded to this review Dear Planedriver,Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions following your stay with us. We truly appreciate your comments and are pleased to learn that you valued our location within the airport terminal, as well as the comfort of your room and the elegance of our lobby. We are, however, sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Your remarks regarding the overall quality of the facilities and services have been carefully noted and shared with the relevant teams, as continuous improvement remains a key priority for us.With regard to early departures, we would like to highlight that room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and offers breakfast options prior to the opening of our restaurant. We regret if this alternative was not clearly communicated and understand how important flexibility is for travelers with early flights.Your feedback concerning pricing and amenities is valuable to us, particularly as we strive to ensure that our service levels remain consistent with the standards and reputation of our brand.Thank you once again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide an experience that more fully reflects our commitment to excellence.Kind regards,Malgorzata Kotowicz
