A Beautiful Experience!

I had planned to stay here a couple of years ago but had to cancel at short notice. The Hotel was very nice about the short notice cancellation - so I decided then than whenever I was able to make it back to Paris - this is where i was going to stay.And I am so glad I did. This visit to Paris was part of my 60th Birthday celebration. One week by myself and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Great location, A beautiful room, Really comfortable bed, great shower, lovely team - they were very friendly.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a small hotel central to everything with a really lovely team to look after you!

Very charming and romantic hotel, even the staircases and the elevator are beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely and they had 24/7 reception service which was helpful. This hotel is close to all the amenities, restaurants, and 250m from the Westfield shopping center (where all the metro stations and RER train lines are). My stay here was last minute and I had an absolute blast staying here. I felt really safe, all the streets were clean and well lit, I could get to anywhere I wanted to in under 15minutes.

I booked this Hotel for the 28th-30th of December instead of 28th-30th of November in error. Noticing my mistake immediately I called the hotel. Staff were rude, unhelpful and showed no empathy despite being advised that we were in our late sixties and that one of us had stage 4 cancer. They did not answer e-mails and when speaking directly with them they were sneering and condescending. Direction, Propriétaire at Snob Hotel, responded to this review Dear Anne,You have never stayed with us before. This is not your first review, and we have already responded to you. Staff should have customer training ASAP. They were rude and unhelpful. As an older person I felt dismissed and disrespected.

A beautiful hotel which is very Paris is design.Staff are great too.Rooms are small but liveable. Windows in rooms and bathrooms open which is always nice to be able to open for fresh air. Didn’t try breakfast, however as with all hotel breakfasts, unless it’s included I doubt it’s worth the money charged. Coffee is available in the lobby for a small charge but infused water as well as filtered water are also available free. Roomscome with coffee making facilities but milk can be accessed from lobby in small milk capsules. Hotel should offer stevia as a sweeting option like other hotels of this calibre, not just unhealthy white sugar.A small loccitane gift was waiting for me on arrival. The loccitane products in bathrooms are also a nice touch. The major let downs-:AC is controlled centrally and you only have a small range to adjust which may not suit your preferences.Of course they hide behind the “environment” excuse but it’s purely a money saving venture. Walls are paper thin. You will clearly hear everything being said from adjacent rooms. The hotel was renovated in 2025 but some things are just a plain stupidly designed like the hanging space for your clothes; the base is too high up so the bottom on your clothes will touch the bottom. You will not be able hang a dress or trousers. That said, there are coat hooks in the room you can place hangers on. Clear glass bulbs in light fittings are a little intense-they should be the pearl effect type to soften the lighting. Rooms are on the dark side even with all lights on. The area is definitely buzzing and yes there are adult shops in the vicinity but the over reaction to these in some trip advisor posts is a little unjustified. They cause no harm and there are no more or less vagrants in the streets than you may find in any street in the city. This is a super convenient location. The rubbish bin in my room has seen better days and lets down the bathroom which is otherwise nice and new.
