This exclusive hotel lies in a lovely central location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées, both around 100 m away. It is located in the centre of Paris' shopping and entertainment quarter. The stunning building, from the era of Baron Haussman, lies close to Parc Monceau, the Paris' golden triangle emporia and the Faubourg St. Honoré, museums, the Salle Pleyel concert hall and the Lido. Charles de Gaulle-Étoile underground station is about 100 m away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1900. The hotel has 135 rooms, including 22 junior suites, 6 suites, 2 apartments, 12 single rooms and 65 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Be aware the Accor price gurantee is a fraud. They are doing everything in their power not to pay out the guarantee. Doesnt matter how solid your case is. In my case they finally compared my price including taxes with a price excluding taxes… Extremely disappointed on their so calles customers service

    Just wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Sofitel Paris Arc de triomphe. Our check-in was made so easy and smooth by the most polite staff at the reception. From house keeping to F&b everyone really took care of our comfort and stay. Giacomo at the concierge was really helpful and made all the extra efforts for recommending the best places to visit and eat. The rooms are very comfortable and with super amenities.I would really recommend this hotel for anyone who is travelling to Paris and is looking for a perfect property to stay.

    My husband and I stayed for five nights at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe, and it was absolutely fabulous.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Michelle, who was kind and exceptionally pleasant. Everything flowed perfectly from that point on. Jonathan greeted us with the wonderful surprise of a complimentary room upgrade, and our Accor status was recognized throughout our stay. The entire staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable.The location is fantastic—just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds of the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, and bakeries within walking distance.The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Even though we didn’t really need it, the air conditioning worked perfectly.We also had a wonderful experience at the hotel bar—the service was warm and welcoming. The restaurant offers a great selection of food, and we truly enjoyed our anniversary dinner there in a cozy and elegant atmosphere.On the morning of my birthday, we ordered room service breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious—generous, fresh, and beautifully presented.Special thanks to Jonathan, Michelle, Luci, and Mathew—and to all the staff whose names we didn’t catch (sorry!)—for making our vacation in Paris truly unforgettable.
