  Hotel very nice recently decorated. Rooms small , room was hot no air conditioning in winter ! Environmental Hotel , no mini bar or heated towel rail , I guess to stay green . Breakfast excellent €25 . Staff friendly and helpful. Nice reception area for a drink . Opposite a nice park .   Overall:An unfortunate hotel in a great spot. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere. Pros:The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway and walking distance to great places to eat. The hotel is clean. Cons:The rooms have very thin walls, making sleep challenging. We unfortunately could hear our next door neighbors talking and their infant crying. We could also hear the room above us partying, moving items around, etc every night. Despite multiple attempts to ask for assistance, we were told it was impossible to move rooms/quiet down the room above us which was frustrating. The hotel has one small elevator that is shared by both the cleaning staff and guests which means its frequently full. This is only an issue if you are on a higher floor and posses an aversion to doing cardio every time you’d like to refill water. Nonetheless I’d recommend a good pair of shoes if you’re on the 7th or 8th floor.   I would not say this is a 4 star hotel. A bit disappointed with our stay for several reasons. One tiny elevator meant that if it was unavailable there were lots of stairs to navigate which was fine early in the morning but not fun after a tiring day of sightseeing. We had several early morning tours booked which meant we wanted to have breakfast as soon as possible. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7:00 but on the 4 occasions that we arrived in the breakfast room at 7:00 it was never ready. They were still unwrapping things and the eggs were still being cooked. It added a bit of stress because of the time crush. Also, on the day we were checking out we asked the receptionist to get us a taxi. We paid the flat 56eur from CDG to the R Bank but the taxi driver charged us 86 Eur because “the hotel booked our taxi”. The receptionist should have explained this to us, we could have arranged our own transportation. We sent a email to the hotel but have not heard back as of this review. I don’t usually write reviews but we are a bit annoyed. Also this was not a reasonably priced hotel. Look elsewhere.   The hotel was in a good location. It was close to a metro station. The breakfast buffet was very nice. We stayed in the comfort park view with a small balcony. The room was very small. The small closet could just fit 2 coats, so our clothes had to stay in our suitcases. The bathroom was very tiny but looked like it was recently redone. There was no fridge in the room and if you wanted water they had a pitcher in the room that you could go downstairs to the kitchen to fill up. There is one very tiny elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs if it is being used by anyone else. All in all it wasn't a terrible stay but for almost 500 USD a night there are better choices in Paris.   An OK stay. But would consider somewhere else next time.

  The location is great. Very good shopping and dining options in the area.The room had a spectacular view on the square. Although the surroundings being slightly noisy. Nevertheless, for that price I would expect a slightly bigger room, a minibar fridge and - especially - the hot water in the shower to work.Also, it's a good idea to provide carafes in the room for water, in order to reduce plastic pollution. But with only one small lift and the water fountain being located at ground floor level, this is not convient. I travel a lot (world) and other hotel (in France) have a water dispenser on each floor. Or provide pre-filled reusable glass bottles.
