  This hostel was great. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Safia, helped me with canceling a rental car that I would not have been able to do without her because the customer service only spokes French. They have events held their nightly so people can be social. Me and my son really enjoyed this hostel and I believe you will too. I would stay there again.   I recommend this hostel. The place is located near the train station which is very convenient. The only problem is keeping the children under control GDN R, at St. Christopher's Inn - Gare du Nord, responded to this review Thank you for your recommendation!   Theh offer a cancelation option but they will never refund you, even if you opt-in during the time frame specified in the contract. It is important to stress that you cannot reach out to the customer support, neither via their contact form nor via phone call. They have multiple phone numbers, some work, others redirects you to a voicemail. All your inquiries are sent to an automatic ticketing system that basically just let you know that everything is covered (except that they never come back to you).   Pls dont go there, me and my friends are on a school trip and sleeping there. It was around 1 our in the night and we were al on our phone. Then a big black guy comes in and screams at us that we need to go down and call our teachers. We needed to sit outside on half 2 in the night. We where being suspect of being loud and nocking on doors, but we didnt do. He sad we needed to pay 50 euros p.p so 8 x 50 is 400 euros! We were almost scammed! After a lot of trouble we didnt have to pay, but the man clearly want extra money and suspected us for nothing.
