    We enjoyed the stay and location, only regret we had was we were sent a taxi for pick up at Train station but it was charged heavily...which they should have informed us before confirming the taxi.

    I stayed at Suites & Hotel Helzear Champs-Elysées in May 2026. The location is excellent, right next to the Champs-Elysées, with the Arc de Triomphe and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The metro is also very convenient.The staff were outstanding, especially Nabil, who gave us excellent attention and practically acted as a personal concierge. He was very helpful with recommendations and always available. The rest of the team was also kind and professional.However, the suite was quite small and a bit uncomfortable for two people. The bathroom is particularly small and very uncomfortable to use. These size issues affected our comfort during the stay.Despite the size limitations, the hotel has a nice boutique style and we enjoyed the location and service very much. We would consider returning if we travel with only one person or look for larger accommodations.

    I absolutely love staying here—this was my third visit! The location is perfect, with easy access to great shops, restaurants, and the metro. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Nabil for being so thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel.
