Location

This business and conference hotel is situated in a village, close to Charles de Gaulle International Airport. Its convenient airport location is also just 15 km from Villepinte Exhibition Centre, whilst Paris and its key attractions are a 40-minute drive away, or a 30-minute train ride. Charles de Gaulle Airport, which is just 3 km away, is home to a train and bus station, whilst nearby attractions include Parc Astérix, Chantilly and Disneyland Resort Paris, which are 20, 30 and 45 km away respectively. Facility

240 rooms, including 12 junior suites, 46 single rooms and 176 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included.     Very inefficient service but comfy bed. Shuttle not as convenient as it could be.

    The location is behind the airport. Not near ANYTHING else. Very isolated! The rooms were nice with comfy bed and huge TV, but too warm. HVAC issues seem common there They had to bring a portable air cooler to our room. Dinner there was passable but service was unnecessarily slow and the check was wrong. We ordered drinks but never got them. Given that this is a stopover hotel, i think they need to up the service level. Nobody is looking for a slow, leisurely dining experience there. At check in we booked our 6 am shuttle and were told we would have a take away breakfast ready in the lobby. Well, that never happened. No coffee. No breakfast and a full shuttle that dropped us off very far from our terminal. We only had carryon but if you have check luggage…..good luck. You'd be better scheduling a taxi in those circumstances. Also, NOTHING happens until 3 hours before your departure time at CDG. No I would not return. It was a comedy of errors from the first moment we checked in and frankly, Im too tired at the end of our trip for this lack of efficiency.     We spent the last two days of our Paris vacation at Jangles. We had to be out of our Air B & B by 10:00 am and decided to just go to Jangles and hope for a place to wait until our room would be ready. We went to reception and explained our situation and right away the receptionist offered us the garden to sit in, the reception area, the dining room and best of all a bag with bracelets to get into the pool/spa! Amazing. So we left our luggage in their lock up and spent a lovely afternoon at the pool. Our room was beautiful! The breakfast included was really good - except that they couldn’t keep up with the coffee. The machines were either out of order or needed refilling. So there was always a line up. The hotel is lovely and unique. The staff are really nice and hardworking. But they really need more staff. I know - tough to find. The restaurant is very nice and yes they have a limited menu. But what they serve is good.The free shuttle to CDG was appreciated!I would definitely stay there again.Thank you to the staff who were all so welcoming.     What you REALLY need to know from a SEN family

    We are a family of 4, SEN, 8-43.We stared our experience with a 20 min delay to check in as there was only one staff. We were then told our two rooms were not together which I had to argue for. Then we went to the swimming facilities which this property is the only reason we went/ booked and for us a major selling point. We were told the swimming facilities were full and we would not be gained entry. After promising children this after 9 hours of driving absolutely sucked. We then went to the lovely bar area where our family had to wait over 30 minutes to even get a drink. Once we eventually got the food it was ok. NOTE we checked the menu before we went for our children but when we got there the menu was very different and very very limited. Which was tough as it’s in the middle of nowhere. No water or drinks with breakfast really topped it off. Absolutely rubbish. All the machines were broken, The rooms themselves were really lovely and clean, no noise from the planes outside and massive TV’s . They even had BBC 1. Shame the rest of it was a let down to be honest. We were promised a refund from the hotel but they never came back to me, that’s rubbish too.     We loved our stay in this hotel! The included parking (inside and outside) is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner. We can highly recommend the French onion soup! The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. It’s a little walk to the aquatic center. We didn’t use it, but it looks nice. They offer towels for the center. We look forward to our return trip in the future.

    Satisfying Stay at the Jangle Hotel

    The Jangle Hotel is great if you are planning a rest day before a long haul flight. It is located close to CDG Airport - sort of because it seemed our Uber driver took many meandering roads before arriving at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. You are somewhat isolated from other restaurants and shopping but the hotel restaurant offered a limited menu with decent food. As I recall, I ordered the French onion soup which was good and my wife and I split a pizza, which again was good. The only complaint about the room was the HVAC which did not work. One of the staff said the HVAC would not be switched on until June but who knows. We requested a fan which helped cool things down a bit. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all, a satisfying experience at the Jangle Hotel.
