    I set of driving from the uk to Spain, with my dog to visit my parents, to take care of me as my mental health is bad. 4 hours after the tunnel my car broke down in paris, I had to book somewhere to stay for a couple of days for myself and my dog.I choose this hotel .We arrived after midnight, I had a anxiety attack whilst checking in and the stuff were increíble, they helped me calm down, they brought myself and dog food and water. They took me to my room. The next day I tried to get a hire car but was unable as I can not find my licence..All the help and assistance from the hotel stuff was just increíble , they tried to understand me and helped me best they could..I could not of wished for a better place or stuff.The food was lovely.Fresh waterSteak was so tasty.My dog loved her food from the stuff, she had mixed meat and carrott and cakesHopefully I don't break down ever again in the future. But I will visit the hotel again ..I THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP. SO MUCH.from zoe and Tink xx

    Need to improve. The beds aren't comfortable, the food isn't great and the decoration needs to be reviewed. Lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The breakfast is very good and varied.

    We booked this hotel to attend the 2024 Olympics at chateau de Versailles. The rooms were a reasonable size and were clean. The bathrooms were spacious and the water hot/cold as needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice with lots of variety and evening meal was very reasonably priced. Sunday evening is bbq night with a salad buffet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Times were flexible and they allowed early check in/late check out without additional fees. Air conditioning wasn’t switched on as standard (to help environment) but we asked due to the heat and it was switched on with no additional payment. Board games are provided in a lounge are and this helped to entertain our son in the evenings. The only difficulty we experienced was getting to the train station that is nearby. My mum is a wheelchair user and we had to do some ‘off-roading’ to get there as it is not paved. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.

    The room does the job. Hot water, bed is comfortable, complimentary coffee. However, while we were out, we were locked out of our room twice and forced to call the security guard of the building two out of the three nights that we were there. Decent hotel. We did not try the breakfast.

    Hair dryer did not work, which is not a big deal, but didn't get repaired, nor replaced in 3 days. That's not OK. Overpriced for sure, but does the job. Beds are just ok but I was able to get good sleep. Breakfast is expensive but good, and meals/buffet are good.
