  Long weekend with friends near Moulin Rouge

  Had a wonderful experience at this hotel where we stayed for a long weekend as a group of 8 to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. Rooms were clean and tidy and equipped with the basic amenities required.Hotel is a great location for the moulin rouge and surrounding bars and cafes but just far enough away (few mins walk) to not feel right in the middle of it so it’s peaceful too. Felt secure with the gate and layout too.The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff. All staff were lovely and accommodating but in particular there was a young gentleman that was particularly helpful especially when it came to organising a taxi transfer for us on our departure. I would very much recommend this hotel!   One of the worst hotels in Paris!!

  One of the worst hotels in Paris!Do not go there!The double room that we were given was on the ground floor, it was terrible and it had zero relationship with what they show in the photos. On the contrary it was old, with damaged walls and had old and worn carpets and furniture in dull and depressive colours. Given the fact that the room was on the ground floor next to the reception, you had the impression that it was more like a storage room and not a hotel room.The breakfast was just basic with few things to offer.What makes it even worse is that the responsible at the reception had lied to us before our arrival, as he told us on the phone that they have a parking and there was a free spot for our car but when we arrived, he gaslighted us claiming that he had told us that there is no space in the parking and sent us to a private parking with which they obviously have a collaboration and send them clients. In reality there is no parking at this hotel.These people do not respect customers!! Do not give them your money!   I visited Paris with my fiancée. I’ve been to the city many times before, but this time we chose the best location to stay. There was a metro station nearby, and everything was within walking distance, which made it very convenient.The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only small downside was that they didn’t provide a complimentary bottle of water in the room, although there was a water cooler available at the reception area. Overall, it was perfectly fine.   Made my stay special

  Loved my experience here. I booked this hotel for my birthday and I was not disappointed. From the time I arrived I was looked after well and was even given a small birthday gift of chocolates. I wasn’t expecting that at all and I thought it very thoughtful of management and the team. I had such a pleasant stay over the past few days. The room I had didn’t have the best view, but the room was big and comfortable (superior double room). The added bonus of being able to leave my luggage when checking out early, was an excellent facility the hotel offers. Check out time is 12pm, but I didn’t need to get to Paris Gare du Nord till 2pm. With that facility I could check out early and then fit in one last trip, so I went to Montmartre, which is close by. The hotel is also near the metro (Blanche) and bus routes (No.30 bus will take you all the way to the Eiffel Tower. ) There are lots of restaurants near the hotel too, so eating won’t be a problem. Moulin Rogue is close by, but as the hotel is not on a busy road it’s very quiet. Until the next time, I look forward to seeing Eliza and Williams and the rest of the team again.
