Location

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the French capital. Scores of shops and other entertainment venues as well as Paris' most interesting tourist attractions are within easy walking distance or may be reached by making use of public transport.

Facility

83 rooms, including single rooms and 43 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Returned late to Paris off the train and needed a close room just for the night. Proximity to St Lazare station is great. Otherwise the hotel feels very downmarket. Small, cramped, needing renovation. Room was just ok. Was fine for the few hours we needed it but would not recommend it for anyone wanting a longer stay or with any comfort or amenities. Bathroom was cramped, shower was poor with no pressure. Beds were hard and not overly comfortable.     The services provided were very poor considering the price we paid. The hotel is in desperate need of a full renovation; its only saving grace is the excellent location. Being in the heart of the city, close to major monuments and the metro, is very convenient. However, there are definitely better options nearby for less money. I wouldn’t recommend it, which is a shame because the location is perfect.     Neat hotel right near Gare St Lazare. Great location, wonderful staff

    Had to book this at short notice. Great find. Location is excellent for the station and related shops. Some good restaurants and wine bars close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit tight but good enough for overnighting.     We stayed here 2 nights as a group of friends in a triple room. Room was plenty big enough and clean. Aircon didn’t seem to work but with it being October it wasn’t too much of an issue. Beds were comfy enough. The main issue was the noise. We were on the 1st floor near the service rooms and there was banging and all sorts throughout the night. I had noise cancelling headphones so managed to get some sleep but others in the room were disturbed. I can’t see how the rooms have been soundproofed.Overall as a 3* hotel I would rate it as such.
