48 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation, yet still relaxing. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made me feel at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

    7 days before my check in, I sent one of my loungers to hotel, the reception kindly accepted it.During our stay, housekeeping was so fine.BTW location is very nice.Though nearby Gare Montparnasse–Bienvenüe, but we hadn’t felt noisy.

    My first night I was woken from sleep due to running water in the shower. I went to check it and discovered water pouring from the ceiling vent as the person in the level above showered!! Disgusting! What makes this worse was that this is an issue staff already knew about! (Not clear in the photo but I have it on video)I was transferred 3 different rooms during my staff here and all four of the bathrooms had mold (see picture). One of the bathroom doors couldn't close properly (unhygienic). And ended up in a smaller bed than what I paid for (by this stage too tired to deal with unhelpful staff).Not a single apology or similar. Tried to get refund 8/11th but was passed off by dismissive front desk woman to Alba the assistant manager who wasn't available. All the rooms here have thin walls (I can hear the neighbouring rooms occupants yawn and talk), sounds from the busy street at all hours, the showers are tiny & difficult to manage - I am slim & agile so must be very difficult for someone larger or less mobile. Do yourself a favour and skip this hotel.

    The shower was very small, and the sink leaked into both the bathroom and the bedroom, soaking the carpet. The espresso machine was also not working. We informed the reception, but they didn’t seem surprised. We stayed for two days, and they didn’t offer to change our room or replace the espresso machine. As a result, we had to endure a horrible smell of dampness and wet carpet for the entire stay.

    Everything in Timhotel is tiny - the rooms, the shower, the lift, breakfast tray, the level of english from employees, and also their education too.Theor rates are almost a joke after you get to know the facilities. If I had the chance to skip this booking and get another place, it would be a priority for me.
