  DISMAL STAY: Operational Chaos, Filth, and Management LIES​I booked a suite at Tribe Paris La Defense Esplanade for New Year’s Eve, expecting a premium experience. Instead, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. If you value your money or your integrity, stay elsewhere.​The Check-In Fiasco​Despite arriving after the designated check-in time, our room was not ready. We were left waiting for over 2 hours with no reasonable excuse. The staff offered a rotating door of excuses, primarily blaming "new cleaning staff who didn't know how to do their job." For a hotel of this supposed caliber to be so unprepared for a major holiday is amateurish at best.​The Room​When we finally got access, the "suite" was incredibly average for the price paid. While it was clean enough, it certainly did not meet the high standards one expects when paying for a premium room category. It felt like a standard room with a "suite" price tag.​The "Disgusting" Breakfast​The breakfast experience was appalling. The dining room was filthy, with food displays left in a state of disarray. There was no hot food left and barely any other options available. The staff seemed completely unbothered by the lack of service. We were actually forced to eat our breakfast at the bar, as it was the only clean surface in the entire area.​The Management's Lack of Integrity​The most insulting part of this experience has been the management’s conduct after the stay. I raised my concerns at every single opportunity:​I complained multiple times during the two-hour wait at reception.​I complained during breakfast about the filth and lack of food.​I purposely checked out in person to reiterate my dissatisfaction.​The manager’s only response at checkout was to shrug it off as a "busy time of year." However, since my departure, the hotel has actively discredited my reputation. They informed my booking agent that "no concerns were raised" during my stay. This is a blatant and calculated lie to avoid taking responsibility.​They failed to log a single one of my complaints and have essentially accused me of being a liar. I have never experienced such a combination of operational incompetence and professional dishonesty.​Avoid this hotel at all costs. They will take your money, provide a sub-standard service, and then lie to your face about it afterwards.

  This hotel may have great meals and great beds BUT.... that is all!This hotel is not at all senior friendly considering the very steep ramp for one to bring up and down the luggage. Very dangerous: you or your luggage can fall if you are not careful.The staff at the counter whom I found out was the manager, a black Lady, was very unhelpful. She would simply refuse to have you use the PWD elevator for help you take down your luggage from the hotel entrance to the pedestrian below. The hotel owners MUST think of safer ways to help pax bring the luggage up and down.The restaurant is the saving grace of this hotel with very helpful staff.   Decent size rooms and good breakfast. Thank you to Nathaniel, Joaquim and Mylene ( or was it Melanie ) in accommodating our requests. Issues: requested room service and the only thing that was done was garbage was cleared and bed was done. Dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor and no new towels were given. Coffee for the room was not replenished either. Also note that the website mentioned hotel has Air Condition however it’s set to 22 degrees and you can NOT change that. And the mini- refrigerator is not a cold fridge. It’s rather a space to keep things a little cooler than room temperature.   We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights! Very nice hotel and modern! Breakfast is good for a quick breakfast! The room was nice but give attention to the terrace because was dirty! But the room was clear! Near the metro station!However, what made a special impression on me was the staff! polite and smiling! I would especially like to say thank you to Ali from the reception, always polite and smiling, to the Fnb manager who goes out of his way to serve you and very friendly and of course to the unique Nate who is always smiling and makes you feel good, apart from his incredible cocktails! 5 stars was for the staff but especially for these three guys and one girl in the bar with red hair but sorry I don’t remember her name! Always smile!The only negative it was that the terrace was dirty! Thanks to all!   Nice Affordable Hotel with Good Amenities, and Surrounded By Cafes, Shops, A Grocery Store. A Short Walk to The Metro.

  We booked here because our tour of France starts here. The room and bathroom were very clean and definitely sufficient for two people. There was no problem checking in and it went smoothly. The hotel is quiet which is a good thing.My advice is to bring a couple travel hangers and avoid the hassle with liquids in your luggage because the hotel provides shower gel, conditioner, and lotion. No iron in the room but there is a hair dryer, safe, and small refrigerator. There’s also a grocery store right across the street ((literally) if you really need something. We plan on taking the metro around town and confirm it’s a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in the business district, but unlike where I lived there are houses/apartments mixed into the community. Also within an easy walk (any age and mobility) there are several cafes and bakeries. I bought water, batteries, and a bottle of wine at the grocery store. The hotel also has a restaurant and serves breakfast, lunch, snd dinner.I confirmed before I came that the self service laundry was working. And I also saw a sign for the gym.So far, no complaints and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.
