  If you respect your hardearned monies, do not waste it on this Hotel property!

  The worst hotel in France. The property is good but the staff are barbaric and extremely ill-mannered. No sense of guests service from morning breakfast to even asking the Reception staff for basic queries. Many guests were extremely disappointed and confirmed that was their last visit to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone else.   Horrible experience - stay away

  Terrible place. Poorly maintained, dirty, moldy and smelly. No service. We could only get the room serviced once over a 6 days stay! The person at the reception was unwilling to help and arrogant. The mini safe in the room was not operational and he did not care to help to have it fixed. You had to beg to get a new towel after 3 days! And way over priced.Best advice - never book there!

  An establishment in which you feel extremely good, by the place itself, warm and welcoming, but also and above all by all the smiling, caring, friendly, attentive staff,…Everything is done and gathered to have a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Nous sommes vigilants et réactifs.Pour le changement de draps, serviette …nous ne le faisons pas systématiquement car nous sommes une résidence, nous louons des appartements et pas un hôtel. En revanche nous pouvons faire des exceptions sur demande de nos clients.D'ailleurs, nous serions intervenus rapidement sur simple demande de votre part.   4 couples stayed at the hotel for 3 nights to visit the Montlhery Vintage Revival. Positives - Secure underground car parkNegatives-1 small bath towel each1 thin pillow each - no more were availableNo mattress protectorMany items missing from the list of kitchen equipmentNo soap in washbasin (only hand lotion)Washbasin plug did not workAC not operating although in was 25 degrees CThe rooms were dirty. The English page of the website said that for stays of 1 to 3 nights the rooms would be cleaned each day and the linen would be changed. The French page of the web site said that housekeepers were available by request. I managed to get 2 clean bath sheets, but despite making a written request the room was never cleaned.There were inconsistencies in the amenitiesOne room had no kettleOne room had no hairdryerOne room had no fan working One room had a welcome tray - others had noneThe breakfast was OK but make sure you go before the many coach parties descend like locusts. People were seen filling bags of food from the buffet.The staff on reception and in the breakfast room did their best but there was no manager available to resolve any of the issues.We moved on the the B&B at Calais which was luxurious compared to the inadequate and rundown facilities of the Tulip Inn.   My colleague chose this hotel, I no longer trust their judgement.Room on top floor was very hot, in December, despite all heating in room being switched off it was in excess of 30 degrees. The air conditioning was disabled by the hotel so not useable. Reporting this to the front desk we were told effectively 'tough luck', they would not enable the AC and advised to open the door / window to the balcony which is OK in the day but trying to sleep there is a lot of noise from the roads and this busy area. Needless to say, it was an uncomfortable night. We found the guy at the front desk to be quite rude and dismissive to this request.On top of that, the balcony was filthy - littered with cigarette butts and not at all cleaned. As you pointed out, it's December and the temperatures are negative, so the centralized air-conditioning has been switched to warm, otherwise you can always turn off your air-conditioning, which keeps the rooms at room temperature between 10 and 15 degrees. We have more than 100 apartments we are on winter season, so if you want to satisfy yourself by putting the air-conditioning on cold mode and ignoring the other 100 hotel guests in a pragmatic logic, we call that egoism, and I personally prefer to refuse your request for the good of the group.RegardsReception Team
