  this hotel is a really 1 star !!! watch out when u are booking, because even if u cancell after 5 minutes because of a mistake u made, they directly take your money: with the comment "its non refundable"even bookings.com tried to reach them but they dont take the phone. after i even proved that i booked the other victoria hotel in another city, they stick to there point.i absolutely didnt want to book this low class 2 star hotel in Paris, what a shame that hotelowners are only trying to get the money directly and not working on customer care !

  The best thing about this hotel is it’s close proximity to many excellent restaurants as well as the Paris subway system. The hotel rooms are unusually small, even for Paris, with not enough electrical outlets and no apparent way to heat or cool the room. The hotel staff will also connect you to the airport shuttle and several local tours (the boat tour of the Seine was great) but everything was cash only making you wonder if the whole thing is under the table. It means there’s no paper trail except for the printed voucher. The hotel staff members were helpful but not terribly friendly.

  AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Staff are rude, and unhelpful. We stayed a few weeks ago and were given firstly a dirty room, unmade beds with used bedding, dirty used towels, rubbish everywhere off the previous guests clearly not been cleaned. We were given a new hotel room which was already occupied by other guests. We finally got a 3rd room which was clean, we were chilling in the room when we heard someone trying our door. Other guests were given the same room number and key cards to access our room. The staff were unhelpful and rude. We did not feel safe at all so decided to leave the hotel after 1 hour and did not continue our stay here, as we were unsure how many guests this has happened too and didn’t want to leave our belongings. The rooms do not have aircon and are very very small and hot in summer months

  Very very disappointed by this hotel.To start it off it’s me and my sister two young female girls, we’ve arrived at past 12:00 from the airport had all our booking reference and everything and there telling us we haven’t booked there; luckily they let us stay a night and then went down and spoke to a manger and he said oh don’t worry we’ve found it which I thought was really strange.The rooms were tiny and didn’t come with everything that it said it included e.g: hairdryer, sockets (we had one),the shower is ridiculous you have to hold it with your hand to wash. What I did not like is how the cleaner just walks into your room! Me and my sister was literally getting changed and she just walked in!On about our fourth day we were woken up by a fire alarm that went on for about 30mins with no explanation or anything, I was very angry.Breakfast wasn’t anything special but it was nice and the lady’s was nice.The best thing about this hotel is the location it is as you can access a lot of what you would like to see. I don’t think I would come here again but I definitely enjoyed my holiday.
