Location

This welcoming hotel enjoys a peaceful location in an elegant district of the city, only around 500 m from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. The hotel has 2 suites, 8 single rooms and 39 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     A hidden gem in Paris.

    This hotel is a hidden gem! It allows you the amenities required for a comfortable stay! However, the best part is that its location affords you a true Parisian experience. Not to mention you can walk to many of the top tourist locations in Paris from this hotel. The Michelin star restaurant 30 steps from the front door to the shops, cafes, fresh markets and so much more. The staff are friendly and speak English.

    DON’T COME HERE if you’re hoping to park your car especially if it’s bigger than a smart.

    Do not go here if you drive a car that’s bigger than a smart. The parking is for “small vehicles “! Note that this information isn’t shown anywhere on the listing or booking process! I arrived at 5:00am and was giving the badge for the garage without any warning and my car got stuck and damaged. I had to reverse out of the extremely narrow parking while bits and pieces of my car fell off from scraping the walls!!! I drive a Tesla model Y, not jeep or a truck.Most of the staff are clueless. Breakfast option isn’t great!

    A clean and comfortable hotel, but the real force lies on personnel. Next to Arc de Triomphe, I recommend it.Moreover, near the hotel there's a very interesting market , fish, meat and patisserie. Metro lines are so near as 5 mins.It's not a luxury hotel but a good accommodation, with all comforts. Rooms are a little small.

    The location of this hotel is excellent, being 2 minutes and 10 minutes walk from Ternes and Argentine Metro stations respectively, and 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. Around the corner is the Poncelet market with numerous shops, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes away from the main touristy areas. As for the hotel itself, it has a rustic decor and we were satisfied with the service so it was odd to see all the recent negative reviews on Google. The room was smaller than we expected albeit with a king-sized bed so the space for 2 suitcases was very limited. However it was clean, there was more than enough food available at breakfast although ideally there could have been more fresher fruit. The staff were pleasant and we were able to negotiate a slightly extended checkout time. Overall it's very reasonably priced for its location in a nice area, and it's got excellent travel connections.

    Villa Collosandra not AlessandraNightmare of experience! Biggest bluff!Photo images do not reflect what you receive!We booked a double room for two and got a tiny single.Full size (140cm.) bed, one towel, one cup and 40cm. space to pass through to the washroom.Were transferred to a 'triple' room with no cabinet or drawers and no working toilet! Needed to use the waste bucket to pour the water down the basin.Every morning we were at unease to ask for bread, coffee because they were always 'out' and coffee machine malfunctioning.Reception desk many times unattended. No curtious, eye contact. Impatient, unprofessional, conspicuous and suspicious behavior of staff.No implementation of customer satisfaction orientation. No learning or improvement from mistakes. The 'lobby' is a kitsch dining room, lounge area seems a prisonned englassed, strangling glass cage.In short, if could, would replace management and leave only the location.Minus/negative stars (4 stars is a bluff!)A hostel is more attractive than this 'villa'!
