50 rooms, including 4 junior suites, suites and 45 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift.     I wouldn't stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it.

    When we checked in, we were given a room that I believed was in a lower category than the room that we booked.We were unhappy, and we were eventually upgraded.They did not say that it was for one night only and they did not ask for more money.The following morning, we were asked to move. I said that no one told us that it was one night only.We were told that we need to speak to management.Over the next four days, no manager (or anyone) approached us. We believed the issue was dropped.Most importantly, at checkout, I explicitly asked the front desk agent if we owed anything for incidentals. The agent said no.My credit card was charged for more money, which they called accommodations, after we left. A hotel can not unilaterally change price, we had a contract. They are not allowed to charge for an upgrade without discussion and agreement.

    Stay somewhere else when it’s hot in Paris. No air con.

    Air conditioning doesn’t work and Paris is 88F 31C. Was told on Sun May24 the air con is out and it will be fixed. Then told on Mo. air con has been out since last week. And the bathtub / shower didn’t drain so you are standing in dirty soapy water. People are nice but the physical facilities is BAD BAD BAD. I fell for the TripAdvisor reviews but in reality not good.

    I am a frequent traveller to Paris and it was the first and last time staying in this hotel.Upon arrival, we were met by an unwelcoming, unprofessional and rude person on reception. She didn't seem to know what she was doing for the check-in.If only the negatives had stopped there.Unfortunately, the room carried on the theme of an unsatisfactory experience. The room was very dated, stained and cold. (It was a windy and rainy day). You will see from the photos that the walls were stained and dirty in various places. The headboard was flaking paint and the pelmet of the curtain falling down.The bathroom, THE BATHROOM, horrifically dated. I am not a tall person, but the toilet is squeezed into a small space where your knees would touch a boiling hot radiator if you are any taller than me. Indeed my husband did burn himself on the radiator various times.The shower is in the bath and was dark and unwelcoming not to mention dirty. Pubic hairs from previous guest were found on the door and in the bath. I decided to wash every day rather than take a shower.In my opinion, definitely not a 4* hotel.Neither the facilities or service are to the standard of a comfortable stay.

    I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately it ended in a very unpleasant experience. An expensive perfume disappeared from my locked hotel room, and it quickly became clear that the hotel’s handling of the situation was of a very low standard.When I discovered that the perfume was missing, I informed the reception immediately. Unfortunately, I was met with very little willingness to help, no real effort to investigate what had happened, and no questions about details, timings, or key-card logs. I also never received any follow-up from the management despite requesting it.Having something disappear from a locked room is bad enough – but the fact that the staff did not take the situation seriously makes it much worse.This is a matter of safety, security, and professionalism, and the hotel unfortunately failed on all points.I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this before.I cannot recommend the hotel until they show that they can take guest safety seriously and handle incidents like this properly.
