Location

The hotel is ideally situated in the 16th borough, a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysées, in a very quiet street. The hotel welcomes guests in the heart of the Golden Triangle of the capital, in an elegant and cosy setting. The hotel is in the middle of one of the culturally richest boroughs of Paris where some places have hosted the most famous intellectuals. All this makes it a district of character right in the centre of Paris. There is a metro station roughly 200 m from the establishment, Montparnasse train station is about 5 km away and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport Paris and Orly Airport are both approximately 30 km from the hotel.

Facility

14 single rooms and 13 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a microwave included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis and beach volleyball are available. With canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout.

    The location is very good. However, my overall experience was a bit off.I was woken up twice by a cleaner entering my room, once while I was showering and once while I was sleeping: I actually woke up when she grabbed my foot. To the cleaner’s defense, I didn’t have the “do not disturb” sign on the door, but I still believe that if they were more aware of their surroundings, they would have heard me in the shower or noticed someone sleeping in the bed.The room itself looked nice and was well put together, with everything you need for a short stay. However, the room service food was terrible and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend it.The hotel staff were generally friendly during my stay. But on the day I checked out, I missed my train and had to wait until midnight for the next one. While they did let me store my luggage, the longer I stayed, the more insistent they became about not letting me stay in the lobby. I understand this, as the lobby is very small which they had explained to me, so I went out to pass the time. Later that night, I came back for a short period of time to charge my phone and wait for my taxi. The staff didn’t like that and made some rude and dismissive comments. Although they still let me stay for a short while, I eventually left early because I was uncomfortable with how I was being treated.I understand the hotels perspective, but personally, I think the least a place can do is accommodate a former guest in this situation. But that’s just how I would’ve handled it.If you don’t plan on missing your transportation when you leave, this hotel is great for tourists with a budget. It’s well priced for what it offers, and all the major attractions are nearby.     Excellent structure, well located and close to the Eiffel Tower. Small boutique hotel but very nice and clean. We took a standard room which is a bit small but reflects what is expressed in the description, so no surprises, small wardrobe and also the sink. I would recommend a larger room. EXCEPTIONAL STAFF we had a personal problem and they helped us immediately to solve the problem and everything went very well thanks to them. So thanks again for your precious help! It was not obvious. I RECOMMEND THIS STRUCTURE TO EVERYONE.     Good experience with all lovely staff .all basic facilities available including air conditioning, lift etc Rooms are clean , good and decent size . No complian on any thing during visit .     This boutique hotel is a pure gem. It is clean, friendly, the staff is super super helpful to make sure your time in Paris is wonderful and it is located in a perfect spot. Just a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 15 minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe. It is a very safe area and the building is safe. It is locked at night and there is a desk attendant 24 hours a day. It has a good breakfast and a short walk to amazing restaurants and two grocery stores close by and a pharmacy.
