Location

This centrally located hotel lies just 1 km from the town centre and enjoys a wonderfully peaceful location directly next to a park. Paris - Orly Airport is about 20 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1910. Guests have a choice of 6 junior suites, 17 suites and 199 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site tennis. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and billiards.     Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and a great location near Versailles, but the terrace restaurant was a disappointing.

    The property itself is beautiful, and the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed, and we especially appreciated how close the hotel is to Versailles—it was incredibly convenient to be able to walk there.Unfortunately, our experience at the terrace restaurant did not match the quality of the hotel. Our meal took over an hour and a half to arrive, and when we asked our server about the delay, the response was simply, "I don't know." Our Caesar salad arrived at the same time as our entrées, the canapés we ordered were forgotten entirely, and the steak was served well done despite being ordered differently.For a dinner that exceeded €300, we expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. We also reached out afterward to discuss our experience but never received a response, which was disappointing.That said, I would like to recognize the sommelier from the fine dining restaurant, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was a bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming dining experience.Overall, I would absolutely recommend the hotel itself for its beautiful accommodations, excellent location, and wonderful front desk staff. However, I would not recommend dining on the terrace based on our experience.

    The hotel is exceptional - right on the edge of the palace with direct access to the gardens. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was definitely a highlight, with plenty of options.     Make sure your reservation is for the right building!

    Beware! At the time of your reservation, make sure your room will be in the Main Pavillon, NOT in "The Veranda" which does not look at all like the picture. We were told we had been upgraded but frankly, my wide and I felt like we were staying in a 3-star hotel. Yet, we still paid the same, or about $500/night. Serious renovation is overdue in this building. We had to connect and reconnect to the internet several times a day, and reception was pretty poor no matter where we were on the property. To be fair, the staff was friendly and willing to help. They were sometimes overwhelmed at breakfast time. Breakfast spread is excellent. We were surprised to see that toddlers in diapers were allowed to float with their parents in the swimming pool. Don't tell me they don't pee in it! Lines painted at the bottom of the pool would be nice for swimmers who want to do laps.The gym equipment is top notch.

    Came for Fêtes Galantes, a bit disappointed

    Stayed one night for Fêtes Galantes.Very disappointed on how poorly our reservation was managed.The room was not ready, we stayed almost 4 hours waiting at the bar oustide while there was a heatvave because we arrived a bit early and they apparently needed an extra 2 hours at the time the room was supposed to be ready.We ended up being late for dressing and not be able to attend our costumed event on time. Very upsetting !We barely had excuses / assistance which is unacceptable for a high standing Hotel.-Building is beautiful.-Room was large and nice but perhaps not as grand and perfect as you would expect a 5 stars Palace to be.-Breakfast is pretty good with plenty of choice however we noticed Champagne was not available at the buffet. One would expect to be able to get yourself a mimosa for breakfast in a place like this.-Front desk is in a weird location and too small.
