    I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent and very convenient, the place itself is beautiful and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious with many great options.A special thanks to Mr. Matisse for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.     Expectations are set from the moment you are greeted by the bellman. Quick to discern language, a genuine greeting and well intended to accommodate your preparing to check. We arrived early morning ready to begin exploring Paris. Left our bags w a targeted time of room ready. Shared w Cristopher the consierge our intended plans and made valuable suggestions, which as we stayed that week found it was a consistent attribute.Everyone, I mean everyone is upbeat housekeeping to Resturant staff. Rooms were exceptionally decorated and always kept spotless. Attention to truly as how was our visit always created great conversation and other ideas. This is a well managed team that make you want to return often. Great spot toJump off visiting Paris

    Perfect location but…

    I would give it a 4 or 5 because the service was good and location perfect. But I got a bit chocked that they charge 9 euro for coffe and 8 euro for tea. So my recommendation is to not use the room service at all. Another reason why I went a star down is that the room was big and comfortable but it’s quite old, not in a charming authentic way but small details that could easily be fixed are not and they need to be replaced to give a more fresh look. I would like to say thank you to Badis at the reception for a helpful service!

    Excellent location near the Champs-Élysées, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money, quiet with minimal noise, and well-equipped amenities. Highly recommended!
