  great location, close metro stations, good food all around, safe, good spot to get everywhere. the room was small but so charming, had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, nice window, bathroom renovated, quiet. they left me a bunch of nice things for my birthday :) it was clean, the staff was nice, we were happy to return there every night and would certainly love to stay again. as far as prices go, i think it was reasonably priced Service Relation client, Marketing at Welcome Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your kind review.   No A/C, management says "open your window"!

  Possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Front Dest lady Lizabelle was so rude from day one. Examples were, How do we adjust the a/c in the rooms? Response was, "we don't have a/c, open your window" Next was, The curtains in the room don't close all the way. Response was, "if you didn't want sunlight, you should have requested that at booking". Crazy!!!Positive things are the breakfast staff were amazing, the location is very central with good restaurants within walking. Bathrooms are the ONLY thing that was updated in the rooms. No phones in the room. Have to ask at the front desk for toilet paper if you are running out. Safe in room was broken.Not sure how it even made it to a 2 star hotel. So many more in the area for the same price. Book with Caution!!! She explained that the air conditioning is only available during the summer period, as our system does not allow both heating and air conditioning to operate at the same time. She also did her best to accommodate you and was able to offer you a room change.All of our rooms were renovated two years ago while maintaining a traditional style of decoration. We regret that this did not meet your preferences.Our hotel is often recommended by returning guests who appreciate its character, as was the case for your reservation. However, we fully understand that each guest’s expectations may differ.We truly value your feedback, which has been shared with our management team, and we are already taking steps to address the points you have raised, particularly regarding the curtain efficiency in your room, in order to enhance our guests’ experience.   Wonderful location, super friendly staff, great experience overall!

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Welcome Hotel. The staff were friendly, responsive, and willing to help in any way they could. The location was perfect for us- especially at night when there were so many restaurants available to us! It was also conveniently located to the Metro which we used a lot during our stay. The beds were super comfy and the room was adequate with regards to size and amenities.   Lovely stay in Paris

  We booked this hotel for our first trip to Paris and would not recommend it more! Requested a room with a view to the Eiffel Tower and got it. Very friendly staff, location was excellent and neighborhood safe and easily accessible. Many main attractions were in a short walk from the hotel (Louvre 15-20 minutes etc.). Really reasonable priced hotel. Room was small but it’s normal in Paris.
