    Hidden gem in the Golden Triangle

    We LOVED this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for Its location and comfort and friendliness of the staff as well as the quality of the breakfast included. Our room was FABULOUS! We were on the 5th floor and had a balcony with a view to the Eiffel Tower. We had continental breakfast every morning in our room with a large selection of pastries and options to choose from. The staff was amazing and friendly and helpful in every way, including returning an important item we left behind. Located in the Golden Triangle area, there are many highly rated and great restaurants within blocks of the hotel, walkable to champs de elysee, arc d’ triumph, and the Eiffel Tower among may other sites of interest.     Nice but not the same

    I used to say this was my favorite hotel in the world and recommend it wholeheartedly. I will not be doing that anymore unfortunately. I’m not sure, maybe there has been a change it management. The staff at the front desk are excellent as always. But there are fewer amenities and the attitude seems different.For example, small things like no complimentary water in the room — paid a lot for a small bottle of water from fridge. The sink and bathtub were very slow to drain. Items were quickly out of stock at breakfast. Also, we had to change rooms mid-stay due to some mixup. Make sure to always book a superior room or you may end up with an interior room whose window isn’t to the outdoors. The rooms were hot and the AC either didn’t work or we weren’t working the thermostat properly. Never been a problem before.These are things that were never an issue the last five visits, but I definitely think they are trying to eliminate extras to save money. I hope this was a one-off, but time to try something else This hotel was such a treasure and I’m really disappointed with this experience. There was a dog in the room next door that barked a lot.     Exceptional Service and Perfect Location in Paris

    I recently stayed at Hotel West End in Paris for four days, and it was an amazing experience. It was my son’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff surprised him with a chocolate, a gift, and a birthday card, which made the celebration extra special. The staff were friendly and polite throughout our visit, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring the city. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Paris, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. I highly recommend Hotel West End for anyone visiting Paris, especially families looking for a welcoming and memorable stay.

    We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very central. And the hotel offers great value for money compared to many of the other hotels in the golden triangle.

    We stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend and had an amazing stay. Located in a great location it was easy to walk from the nearest Metro station after arriving at the airport.The Champs Elysees was a very short walk past the many nearby restaurants and shops.Our room was on the 5th floor with a balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. Awesome.From the moment you first walk into the hotel to the moment you leave the staff are always friendly and happy to help.Luxury toiletries in the bathroom, leave you feeling refreshed.Comfortable bed and in such a quiet neighbourhood , we slept very well after long days visiting the sights of Paris.Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety to choose from. We couldn’t resist taking breakfast on our balcony.Thank you to all the hotel staff for making this the most perfect stay in Paris.
