    Wonderful hotel with character!

    This hotel is the perfect place for someone like me who appreciates great atmosphere and originality. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and the rooms are large and individual with beautiful old wooden floors. The rooms were perfectly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well there!

    We had a wonderful stay at the windsor house hotel. Quaint is truly accurate, the rooms are sweet and a'la paris. Very clean, and cleaned every day. Helpful and amiable staff. The location was very good, 5 minute walk to metro and the Eifel tower (10 if you add a stop for wine). Really great!

    Very dissapointing. Small dingy and very noisy rooms, creaking Floors. Toilet that keeps getting clogged. Electricity fails repeatedly because the equipment is too old and poor. Dirty sheets and creapy and muste atmosphere in and around this place. There are also garbage bags around the entrance of the hotel which nobody bothers to clean up. And the owner is a very frustrated arrogant man...Follow a good advice and find another place to have a pleasant stay.

    There is no doubt that this hotel represents good value-for-money in the centre of Paris. From that perspective, perhaps it deserves a four star review. On the other hand, the rooms are quite basic and small, even by Parisian hotel standards. It was quiet and peaceful, if rather warm in the July heat. Cannot comment on the breakfast offering, as I ate out each day.

    Excellent hotel, outstanding staff, wonderful stay. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about the hotel and staff. The room was elaborately done, and made our stay extremely comfortable while we popped in and out and around Paris. Highly recommend to stay here. minutes walk away from the Eiffel tower.
