  A very good hotel - great location nr the metro and surrounded by lovely shops and cafes. The bistro opposite is v tasty, authentic and reasonable. Hotel very clean. Easy check in and good AC in room - much appreciated in the 30degree heat. Small rooms but reasonable prices.   Solid hotel at a good location.

  Nice little hotel, located close to the main tourist spots and within a short walk of two subway stations. We stayed for 3 nights, in a room that was small but clean with very efficient AC. The bathroom was clean, the only downside being somewhat weak water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly at all times and also helpful in making dinner reservations. Breakfast was nice, albeit with fairly limited selection and frequent empty plates in the buffet. The average price seems to indicate good value but we hit an expensive weekend, meaning the value could have been better. A nice choice for a weekend stay.   Racist Staff, Deteriorated Hotel

  I had high hopes returning to XO Hotel after a pleasant stay in 2018, but this visit was deeply upsetting. My husband and I experienced repeated incidents of racism — from staff hovering over him while he quietly had coffee in the lounge, to the receptionist threatening to call the police on me over a disputed €150 late checkout fee. The tone and treatment we received felt clearly prejudiced. The hotel has lost its charm, the staff are rude, and I would not recommend it — especially to people of color. However, we would like to clarify that at no time was there any discriminatory behavior from our team. Our staff is composed of professionals from diverse international backgrounds, and we strongly condemn any form of racism or inappropriate conduct. As part of our usual service, a member of our team asked your husband — as we do with many guests — if everything was going well and whether he was satisfied with the room. He kindly replied that everything was perfect. We regret that this standard gesture of attention was later misinterpreted. Regarding the €150 late check-out charge, it had been clearly communicated in advance by email. Unfortunately, you did not inform us that you intended to stay beyond the official check-out time. The room was vacated over an hour and a half late, which directly impacted our ability to prepare it for the next guest’s arrival. In fairness to all our guests, we apply our timing and policies consistently. As it became clear that the charge would not be settled, we had no choice but to follow standard procedure — which included informing the authorities. This is something we do only in exceptional cases, when no resolution can be found. However, you ultimately left without paying it.   Wonderful hotel!

  My daughter and I have stayed at the XO in November 2024. We have had such great experience! Everything was just perfect. Location is central, minutes away from the bus or tube stop. We were greeted on the arrival by the absolutely lovely Armеnian receptionist lady who made us feel so welcomed. The room is beautifully decorated, comfortable, with nice tea and coffee facilities, bathroom with ritual toiletries and hot shower. It was a pleasure to come back after our long day of sightseeing. Now it is the place for us to stay in Paris!   First visit to Paris! Stay at hotel XO

  Great place to stay with family. Close to attractions, bistro n french bakery La Pompadour . We had breakfast on the last day at XO and it was great.
