  A really good stay (poor AC let it down)

  Location- excellent. Near Eiffel Tower (5-10mins walk to metro Bir Hakeim). Around 40mins to Gare du Nord via Metro. Modern block set within high rise flats. You can walk through the high rise flats precinct to get to the shopping mall where you can enter through the upper floor of Monoprix shop (this entrance closes 9pm- we got caught out coming home one evening and had to walk all the way around at street level). Atmosphere- modern, fun hotel aimed at families, free arcade games, really friendly and helpful staff- best asset of the hotel are the staff. My kids would say the arcade games!Rooms- perfect for us as a 5 (we got a 6 bed room). Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Spotlessly cleaned. No tea and coffee facilities. The worst feature was the air con. It was broken throughout the hotel (corridors and the Reception area were a bit cooler than our room) when we stayed in the heatwave and was unpleasantly hot. The staff did kindly provide us with a very powerful fan but our room was a constant 27/28degrees C. It was such a pity as with working Air Con we would have thought this a perfect family stay but I would think twice to stay again in hot weather unless they overhaul the AC as it seems to be a recurring problem (see previous reviews) at this hotel. Value- reasonable for Paris. Kids under 12 eat free at breakfast (not sure about dinner as we didn't eat there). Breakfast was a plentiful continental style buffet. Kids 12 and over eat at a reduced rate. There are nice 'nursery' rooms on each floor where you can fill up water bottles, use a microwave, or bathe your baby in the (very clean) baby baths. There is also a large soft play room for younger children.Nearby- Parc Andre Citroen was about 15 mins walk- nice gardens, modern urban park with air balloon, modern splash type fountains (not sure if they work- we didnt see them on), playground for children. Restaurants are plentiful around as are shops. There is a fab toy shop in the shopping mall. Monoprix does a great breakfast alternative to the hotel. Pepe pizza restaurant is excellent for dinner. We enjoyed our stay despite the heat!   So hot. Air conditioning does not work.

  So HOT!!!!! The air conditioning never went below 85 F. It is a heat wave in Paris, but our room is as hot as it is outside. The staff is very nice and we understand that it is not their fault. We are taking cold showers and still feel like we can’t cool off.   Fantastic hotel for families !

  Yooma Lounge is an extraordinary option for families visiting Paris. It’s located in the 15th Arrondissement, an area I personally really like — close to metro stations, cafés, a shopping mall just a few steps away (which is quite unusual in a city like Paris), and very near the Eiffel Tower.The rooms were smaller than I expected, but they work perfectly for families of up to six people. The bathroom is very small, although having it divided into separate sections is definitely a plus.The hotel is clean, modern, and very family-friendly. It can be a little difficult to find at first since it’s located above street level, but there are escalators and elevators available.One useful tip: you can walk directly to the nearby Monoprix through the upper level, as it’s connected within the same building complex.We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel — although it looked very good and reasonably priced — because we preferred grabbing something “on the go,” and the Monoprix cafeteria was fantastic.I would recommend bringing your own soap and shampoo/conditioner, since the hotel only provides a low-quality all-in-one product.The hotel also has an arcade/game area that my kids absolutely loved.You can have dinner at the hotel (basic options like pizzas) or simply order Uber Eats.My only real complaint is that this is the first hotel I’ve ever seen in the world that charges guests to store their luggage on the day of departure — and they charge per bag! If I remember correctly, it was around €3 per suitcase. Quite surprising and honestly a bit absurd.Overall: 100% recommended. I would definitely stay there again.   Location was good for all. However the hotel staff had no manners so rude overly abrupt and obnoxious. Some of the staff shouldn't be dealing with the public especially a staff member called VICTORIA.. who rudely started pointing at myself when I questioned why we had been told to not laugh. However, we would like to clarify that we are a family-friendly and welcoming hotel, which means we host many families and children. Our lobby is designed as a space for enjoyment, but it must also remain a place of respect and consideration to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests. During your stay, our team felt it was necessary to intervene due to the noise level and the behavior observed, which began to disturb other guests. In fact, we received several complaints. Despite our warnings, the situation continued, which led us to take measures to preserve the calm atmosphere of the hotel. We also decided to suspend the sale and consumption of alcohol for you and your family. Although we do have a bar, we are first and foremost a family establishment, and we reserve the right to limit alcohol sales when we believe it may affect the overall environment. We also observed that alcohol was being purchased for minors, which is strictly prohibited.   Location of this hotel is good. Hotel staff had absolutely no manners at all, very rude to all of us in a party of 18 family members. Laugh and you get told to be quiet.
