    Friendly staff , lovely room too and I recommend this hotel , it has low rating but it’s amazing! Has an amazing pool too! Right near airport too so it’s convenient

    I had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I was given a room (A302) that was already occupied, causing extreme embarrassment when I entered with my two young kids. The second room (B8) was even worse: a smoking room with no air conditioning and broken light fixtures. The reception (Charlie) offered no real support and told me to email the manager. I demand a full refund for this disastrous stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

    The dirtiest, scariest place I have ever stayed. They took another €550 from me when I arrived. Said I would be refunded this, but haven’t as of yet. My children were frightened. It seems people may live there. We were booked to stay 5 nights, but stayed 1 and then checked out. We only stayed this 1 night as we arrived at 9pm and had nowhere else to go. The bedding was dirty. The toilet we couldn’t even sit on. It cost us another £500 to book another hotel. So an extra £1000 on top of what we had already paid to book the holiday.

    They close the restaurant over the weekend and only serve cold food that is picked from the reception.The staff are not bothered when you complain about the cold fridge food.If you enjoy fresh food from the kitchen this place is not the place to visit.

    I made the reservation months in advance through eDreams and arriving at the place to check-in they asked for another 250 euros, they said I made the purchase through the Internet and this money was a guarantee and would be returned at check-out, well, it's been almost a week and it was not refunded, there are no emails to contact, there is no local customer support, just a silence from them. If it is not returned the money will be extremely expensive for what they offer. First, it is far from Paris, second, there is nothing nearby like markets or anything like that, third, the installation of the flat is mediocre, fourth, there is no customer support and lastly besides the 250 euros they also charged an additional 30 euros that they made no point of explaining what it was. Anyway, I await the receipt of my money and if it is done I will withdraw the feedback.
