DO NOT BOOK OR CONSIDER BOOKING THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL . It’s Unhygienic, Unsafe and should not be allowed to be open to paying guests. The images promoting this facility are completely fictional and should be considered as Misleading or False and are created by AI. We rejected 3 rooms and we were compelled to accept room 118 due to the Paris Olympics no other accommodation was available. It completely ruined our once in a lifetime Olympic experience. We received a full refund as it was such a disgraceful hotel, I have attempted to contact the hotel operating company to no avail and no response , I have reported this hotel for misleading advertising and false information regarding the hotel facilities to the French Governments - Signal Conso Compliant ref. SIRET: 89879083700022 the hotel and its owners have refused to engage with the legal process I will continue to pursue this complaint for compensation as my booking was obtained fraudulently with images and information relating to the Hotel which were FALSE I strongly urge you Don’t Consider this hotel it is not fit for human use

Honestly this is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was filthy. It looked like it had never been cleaned ever. I couldn’t bear to walk on it. The kitchen and bathroom were also dirty and never cleaned. Bugs kept appearing out of my kitchen sink. There is no air conditioning which in summer made the rooms unbearable to sleep in. The staff are nice but absolutely nothing got fixed when I complained. I had to keep asking for toilet paper. The room door didnt always open with the key and the water in the shower was tepid and no pressure. Also it is in the middle of nowhere. So nowhere to eat out and because the kitchen was so dirty I couldn’t use it. The photos are absolutely no indication of the quality of the room I had.

Unsafe, unsanitary, unbelievable. We stayed with a school group and arrived late at night. Unsafe because the keys were not all working and the doors did not all latch properly. There were instances of men knocking on doors in the night. There was no WiFi and phone service in the rooms was nonexistent. Not safe. The rooms (I looked at 4) were unsanitary and no one slept under covers for fear of bugs and whatever was all over the mattresses. The bathrooms were unacceptable. So dirty you could never feel clean. When asked about the room conditions we were told that they were in the process of renovating. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room. Zero stars.

Worst hotel very unclean rooms, room service doesn't clean rooms, the room utilities are not working .worst staff including the manager, very arrogant people who doesn't understand what customer service is and they refuse to help with simple issues saying it is not there responsibility, they changed there policy without giving notice just because it is convenient, they even hang the phone on you while talking!!

The Hotel is well located but no view and close to the highway so chose a room that is away from the highway. Lots of restaurants on delivery nearby and you can cook too. Pets are allowed. Some Guests do not wear masks in public areas which is discomforting for some who do. Staff is too nice and polite to insist but if you object they do fumigate the lifts. They do not insist on COVID vaccine pass on check in but from 9th August insisted if you want to take breakfast. Staff is very good and polite and helpful despite long work hours 5 star for that. Some rooms had a foul smell coming from the bathroom pipes it would be good perhaps the hotel to get the drains checked. Nearby area is concrete not much to walk around but lot of supermarkets nearby. The Palace is 11 minutes away.
