    The customer service was good and the receptionist was very helpful and nice, when we came the room originally given was dirty, with dirty bedsheets left on the floor, no duvet covers or bedsheets on the bed, room clearly hadn't been cleaned and there was no toilet roll provided and no towels. Went to the desk the next morning to complain and gave us a much better room. Location is a quiet location but its in the countryside so lots of money will be spent on transport if you don't have a car so its worth getting a hotel closer to the city despite that there was a bus stop located convienetly a 5 minute walk away but takes a long time to reach the train station.

    I would give this 1 star but the lad on reception was really polite and kind. Top bloke.The room was filthy, I slept in my clothes on the sofa was so bad. The kitchen area was all old and dated. The hallway smelt of urine and cigarettes as did the room. Bathroom was old and dirty. There was pots, pans, cutlery to use but they were grimy too.Come here on business often, won't be back, didn't get a real photo in and out job

    I would not hesitate in using this hotel again. Immaculate standards of cleanliness in the room and public areas. Kitchen area had a two plate hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, kettle and perculator.     Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely use again

    At the price paid (about £165 for 3 nights) I wasn't expecting much. We were two people staying 3 nights. The room and public areas were immaculately clean. We had a ground floor room with patio doors. The hotel was almost deserted during the day but it seems everybody came back at night after working locally. It was though very quiet. The bedroom was smallish but we only used it to sleep. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower cubicle. There was a small kitchen area with a good sized fridge, 2 plate hob, microwave and small dishwasher. I think those people using the hotel for a base while working locally did in fact cook their own meals. There was a kettle which looked like it had never been used and an assortment of cutlery and crockery although we did have to borrow a couple of mugs from the restaurant. Breakfast at 9 Euros per person seemed expensive in relation to the room price but it was adequate.The tv Only had French channels available although it was possible to change the language over for American movies. You might want to consider taking a device with an HDMI connector. WiFi is free.
