  Pleasant stay apart from NO parking !

  Easy check in and a clean and comfortable room with aircon . I originally requested parking as it’s advertised in the hotel details , I was informed it’s on a first come basis . We arrived at 3 pm when checking opens to check in and secure parking . We were informed that no parking is available as long term guests use it . In short there is NO available parking for regular hotel guests . It should not be advertised as available . It’s misleading.

  Great Stay - Especially for Super League Fans.

  Very good location for visiting Catalan Dragons rugby match. Easy to get to local sports bar and Stade Gilbert Brutus. Good value hotel and clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and breakfeast had a good range of choice. Good view from a high floor and quiet/comfortable rooms.

  Had a reservation for this evening, April 30th 2024 for 11 nights Showed up at 7.30 and thought the parking was underground but gated. Saw a call box next to the retractable bollard, just left of the underground ramp. I used it and was told this had nothing to do with the hotel Looked at the email confirming the booking details and saw a phone number to reach them. Called the number only to hear a recording saying the reception desk is close from a woman's voice with a very strong French accent ( nothing wrong with that and certainly to be expected ) only problem is that she rambles on stating that the can only be reached but email and there is no possibility to leave a messageI am French Canadian and had to call a d'ouzbek times to try and figure out what the email address was. She states it but quickly and does not spell it . Interestingly enough the recorded message also has the translation in English with a man's voice. He stated that they can be reached by email but never even stated the email , so incredibly professional ( please read extreme sarcasm from that last comment ) So I tried multiple possibilities for sending an email with not luck But wait , the final stray in the email confirmation for the booking , the one giving a useless number with no possibility to leave a message , there is also a link so one can reach them by email. So can't really get that email address wrong , only you can't really see the email. So I tap on the link, It opens the standard email format form, I explain the situation add my email address and phone number Guess what 3.5 hrs laters sitting in a crappy hotel room because at 60 years old ( actually my birthday today ) I was not going to sleep in a rental , I am still waiting to hear from them But rest assured , with a bit of homework finding the owners or contact for board members can be done , so my experience will be share well beyond the pages of TripAdvisor Stay away from this place

  Different apartments great choice to hotel

  You can chose from different apartments. All with own bathroom and a kitchenette with all the appliances and utensils you need.Clean. The guests can decide how often the room is cleaned.Good bed.TV and air conditioning.The apartment hotel is favourably located close to the historic centre a few minutes walk from the Castille.Many bars and restaurant in the area.Parking available.Can serve breakfast. Several food stores close by.

  I stayed here for an event at the local university. It's small and tidy and utilitarian. Just fine. I wouldn't have stayed here for fun but this was for work and it was okay. Wish for a better breakfast. That's my only complaint.
