The apartment needs updating. The sofa bed was in tatters and uncomfortable. Everything looks a bit dirty; it's not cleaned thoroughly. I think we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in.

Nice apartment with pool outside. The kitchen made it possible to fix our own lunch and at the evening we took a short ride to Collouire.

Came with my wife and 2 kids 4 and 5.Nice I thought , kids club.Nah, gotta be 6+Thanks for telling me that when we called and booked. Asked about the kids club and told them there ages.Anyway we'll be out most of the time so....can write it off as a small loss.So the kids are buzzing for the pool. Its the end of the day, the wife putting a bit of tea on so down we go.Not allowed in.Whatttt!Yeah, no swim shorts. You have to have buggy smugglers. I'm nearly 40 and ive never seen, heard or had to wear olympien swimwear to go into a pool on me holiday in my life.I literally died and laughed out loudIm english and travelled a far amout of countries. I've lived in france for nearly 12 years.Absolute joke manSo I sat on the side watching my 2 young kids play in the pool with no life guard service. Ok im a responsable dad but come on,bare minimum please Apparently the owners of the flats think were all dirty buggers who dont clean our shorts, spend all day walking around in them and come back jump in and pollute their pool.Hang on a minute. Even if I wear me smugglers you think anyone is showering before they go in the pool?So its the same deal.Logic......nopeSort your system out cuz its a load of rubbish.Trying to be polite but im fuming.The concrete surrounding pool is polished concrete which is illégal to do as its not slip résistant, and both my kids slipped over the first day.Yes, ive been a concrete finisher for 16 years and 7 were in france.Just a heads up for a soon to arrive légal problem in the future.Events are whack, dont be expecting a nice evening of music or anything like with a band, its just to put it on the site to lure you in.Diabolical wifi.I use to be an owner of a flat at a vancanceole, glad I sold that up.Enterprise is a sham

1 star is generous for this dump. It’s not a hotel, they will tell you that too, it was a dirty residence filled with an aroma of weed and other nasties on our visit. Extremely rude pool security who won’t allow any food or drink by the pool and insists they have to wear ‘swimwear only’ (no vests, tops or shorts). A lack of staff in reception leading to long hot check-in queues with no air con whilst waiting. They never reply to complaints, just fob you off. AVOID it along with LOVEHOLIDUMPS.

During me and my father’s drive from Norway to Spain, Perpignan is a good place to stop for a sleep. Half of France was almost closed down because of a bike-race and F1 close to Marseille, so we met big traffic which led us to check in almost 3 hours after reception close time. Tried to call, mail and message the reception dozen of times but got no reply. They called back close to 20:00 and said they could put the keys in the apartment, this was ok. Entering the apartment at 23:00, expecting a nice relaxing sleep in a room colder than 38 degrees C was not an option. No AC in the room, which to me is a must. We had one fan, but the outlet close to the bed was broken so i couldn’t get the air blown on me. The ventilation-fan in the kitchen was broken, the cooking-plate didn’t work. Our relaxing «sleep» ended up to waking up every hour until 5 in the morning when we left to drive on. This whole «stay» costed us 200€ plus 300€ in depositum, in case we were to «break» something. As if anything wasn’t broken before, i would guess the depositum goes to drinks for the staff.
