  We stayed here on the 16th of December for five days the staff team are very helpful and friendly the room was spacious and modern and clean I would certainly recommend this hotel.   Hotel is ok, biggest asset is its position, right in the center. Hotel is a bit worn out, certainly not a four star (whoever gives these stars?). Room was clean. Hotel displays it has parking on site, but does not mention you have to reserve in advance. I insisted (a lot) and was granted a parking. It was allegedly fully booked, but when I passed by late in the evening several places were still available. Beware as well to keep the code they give you, for the garage door but also for the hotel, as they close the outside entrance (at around 20h or something).

  Very central located hotel which the four us found to be ideal for our one night stay. Reception staff were fine and our rooms were a decent size, comfortable and very clean. Not much of a view but on this occasion wasn’t really that bothered. Negatives for us was the small towels…please B&W, this hotel is supposed to be a plus in the chain - get those towels upgraded! Finally we couldn’t use the hotel parking because our SUV was deemed to big for a single space so had to go in the public car park directly next to the hotel…..huge multi but boy the spaces were very very tight so headed up a few floors where it was quieter.

  Best choice to stay in city center of Poitiers for BW Rewards members

  Basically, the quality of the room itself, the service, and even the location are excellent. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on it, but in the morning there was a nice smell of bread in the hotel, so I can imagine that they probably serve delicious French croissants.

  Do not understand the positive reviews for this place. Our room (106) was allegedly a Superior King Size room. It might pass as “Superior” in Wormwood Scrubs but for a 4 star hotel? Never.The room decor was drab in the extreme with bare walls and head height windows that overlooked a flat roof. The in room safe was devoid of usage instructions. The only storage available for clothes was a shop style rack! The overhead shower in the wet room shot a cascade of water out of the side of the shower head but nothing out of the actual shower, the hand held shower was a tatty, cheap plastic device. The WC in the separate toilet was not firmly fixed to the floor. Would strongly suggest avoiding this one.
