    Thank you !

Thank you, the room and air conditioning were great (which were our doubts based on other comments we saw). We had 2 small children, we did not need the parking, we did not need the swimming pool but it would be good to inform customers upon arrival that the swimming must be booked. The insurance system is also too complex or not clear enough, that is the only point that really needs improvement to my eye. With still 2 small children this point is for us important before/during travelling. Guest Relation, Owner at Appart'hotel Odalys City Strasbourg Centre Les Halles, responded to this review Hello,Thank you very much for your positive feedback following your stay.We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of your room and that the air conditioning worked well. It’s a pleasure to know that your stay went smoothly with your two young children. We also thank you for your constructive feedback regarding the wellness area and the pool. Indeed, access to this area is by advance reservation only to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. We fully understand that clearer information would make planning easier, and we will take your suggestion into account.Regarding the insurance policy, we’re sorry that you found it complex or unclear. We understand that this is a particularly important issue. Your feedback helps us identify areas where our information can be improved to offer a simpler and more reassuring experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon for a future family vacation.Best regards,The Odalys City Team
