  Excellent location and hospitality!

  We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Monopole Métropole in Strasbourg. We arrived very late in the evening and were met with the super helpful night manager.The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent, providing a wide variety of hot and cold North American and Strasbourgian food options.A very nice touch was the towel swan sculpture arranged on our bed to celebrate our special occasion. It was a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated!The hotel location is perfect, as it's an easy 5 minute walk (300 m) from the main train station, and also central to the old city's attractions.The hospitality and attention to detail, breakfast, and location are excellent. Recommended!

  A very well-located and comfortable hotel, an easy walk between the railway station and Le Petit France district, making it an ideal base for Christmas Markets and day trips to other towns. The rooms are a good size, very clean, modern, well-decorated and comfortable.The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the price of breakfast given what's available, should you want it. We would recommend eating breakfast out of the hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again.   Comfortable Hotel, Friendly Staff, Great Location

  We had an excellent stay while visiting for the Christmas Markets. The hotel is on a quiet side street that is an easy walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and attentive without being invasive. The room was large (by European standards), warm, and quiet. The bed was VERY comfortable. The Christmas Markets, Petit France, and the Cathedral were all within walking distance. There is an award-winning boulangerie with an adorably fussy shopkeeper right around the corner. Without hesitation, we would stay here again.   Centralized location with very welcoming staff and accommodations

  My family and I had a great stay here. This extended prior to arrival when I was able to coordinate my reservation and parking for my stay. The hotel having access to a parking lot for a reasonable price was a must for me during the visit over Christmas season. The staff here were extremely courteous and welcoming. The hotel was very close to the train station and an easy walk to every part we wanted to visit while in Strasbourg. We were able to walk to Petite France, the Christmas markets and the Notre Dame Cathedral easily. Our room was able to accommodate our family of three and it was nice and quiet during our stay. I would definitely return here if visiting the area again.   Xmas market visit

  Excellent staff, all of them. Always helpful, polite and informative. We were visiting the X'mas market and this was a fantastic location for that and close to the two main rail stations too. The rooms were comfy and clean room. The staff had excellent local knowledge and could not do enough for you. I would come agin and also recommend.
