The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, double room was clean and bed comfortable, Shower plenty of hot water and it had a safe.Breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of choice every day.We found the hotel location was perfect to walk into the city, catch a tram or bus to travel around further.Lastly there were many restaurants to eat in near by so for us it was a perfect choice and we enjoyed our 7 nights stay there.John & Sue Norfolk UK

The rooms is this hotel were small, but the bathrooms were even smaller. The location is fine for public transportation or walking around. The location is awful for grabbing a bite to eat close to your hotel. The closest coffee shop was a 20 minute walk (early in the morning) and there were not any dinner places open until much later in the evening.

Strasbourg is known for its vibrant dining scene, with many restaurants typically open until at least 10 p.m. As for the coffee, in fact, there is a coffee shop directly across the street from the hotel, which should have been easily accessible for a morning visit. Warm and friendly staff in a nice comfortable hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We came to Strasburg to visit the Christmas markets. This location was between five and 10 minutes walk to each market and also was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. And a five minute taxi ride from the train station. The hotel rooms are small, but the bathroom was nicely updated with a large shower combination tub. We had plenty of hot water and water pressure for a nice shower. The towels could use updating -they were a little flat. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens We enjoyed breakfast there one morning. It was a nice buffet With items such as Charcuterie, cheese, yogurt, fruit, breads, cereals, coffee, juice The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone we talk to was kind and helpful and warm and friendly. If we decide to come back to Strasburg, I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Don’t judge a hotel by its carpet 😀

Very very tidy and clean hotel. Breakfast is beautifully presented and it shows that great care is taken by owners and staff alike. All friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side, would be the only negative comment I’d make but the high standard of cleanliness makes up for it. Very central location and would defiantly use again.

Look at my picture and avoid

The picture says it all. Please just look at my picture and avoid the hotel I paid just €200 to stay in a room that I struggled to stand up in . Dirty filthy carpet freezing cold . The staff at reception were nice but again when you see the room you will see why review should be -1
