  The Hotel is in the centre of the town, very close to tram stop OBSEVATOIRE ( tram C from central station)Rooms are big and confortable.Very good continental breakfast.People at reception are very kind.

  Zero star hotel- dirty and insanitary with very rude staff

  - lack of security, weird hallways and doors that are not closing properly- the room had a very heavy smell of cigars (the receptionist offered me an old spray to use it. she did not bothered to check the room or something)- there was hair in the bed sheets- no door to the bathroom (the receptionist told me that I don't need one because it is a single room)-scratched entry room door -the window was facing a common balcony of the hotelI refused to stay and the receptionist told me that there are homeless people sleeping on the streets and that I am refusing to stay in that room. She also charged me for the first night that I did not even spent there.

  If you want to get scammed, go to Esplanade hotel. They will give you a room with no conditions and they will make you pay for it even if you refuse to stay there. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen and they have the meaniest staff I have ever meet. And the worst thing is that they know it and they do not even care.

  Cheap room price compared to other hotels. Room is small but clean. It serves all its purposes. Others mentioned about the tram noise but i dont find it a issue. In fact it is so convenient to me close to the tram station. Friendly staff. I recommend this hotel if you do not want to more just from a place to sleep.

  The room was a normal size and the bed was comfortable. Some of the furnishing seemed a bit worn but nothing serious just cosmetic. The shower was lovely. Location is good, only 10mins walk from the main part of Strasbourg there is also a tram stop right outside the hotel which is very convienient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room got cleaned every morning.
